OMG...A piece of Lindt White…

I was eating a piece of Lindt White Chocolate candy and found this piece of plastic in my mouth! I wonder how much plastic I consumed before and didn't realize it. This was the second to last piece in the bag that I received for Christmas......GROSS!! I have a photo of the bag and piece of plastic, in case you want to see the bag with codes, etc to recall! I won't be bragging about Lindt candy anymore.....sad. I hope I don't get sick 😕 Update: The Quality Dept. contacted me and I sent them the bag, wrapper and unknown piece found in truffle. I appreciate their concern and hope they can find where it came from.

Buy someone else’s Truffels

Buy someone else’s Truffels. We loved Lindt Truffels two years ago. They tasted like real chocolate and left a tasty smooth flavor in your mouth. Because of health reasons, we stopped eating them for two years. My health has improved, so my wife, knowing how much I liked them, bought me a box of 9 assorted Truffels.
What a disappointment. I don’t know what they’ve done to them, but I can tell you they don’t taste like real chocolate, they taste like grease, oil. They used to leave a smooth, pleasant taste of chocolate in your mouth. I might as well swirl a spoonful of vegetable oil in my mouth. Lo and behold the second ingredient behind sugar is “vegetable oil”. No wonder they taste like oil and not chocolate…
Regarding Lindt’s reply. I have already expressed my disappointment to the personnel on your 800 number. As long as your second ingredient is “vegetable oil”, instead of cocoa or chocolate, you won’t find us buying your candy again.
BTW I checked out the ingredients of one of your competitors and their second ingredient is “cocoa”. Funny why theirs does not taste like “vegetable oil”.

I bought Advent calendars and was extremely disappointed about the size of the chocolates.
No background colors or fun pictures behind the little doors and the little chocolates for the price I paid. The Kinder chocolates advent calendar has so much more to offer in size of chocolate and fun behind the little doors. It your calendars are just very boring and way overpriced.

Absolute trash

Absolute trash. I placed an order through their website. Paid via PayPal. Lindt took my money and cancelled my order.

You’re Dubai style chocolate bar, pistachio, and Kadayif need some improvement. There’s not enough filling to even taste the pistachios and Kadayif , which really is a disappointment to the Dubai chocolate bar. I buy your chocolates all the time and thoroughly love them. I was so excited when they were going to come out with this Dubai chocolate bar, but it is a thumbs down for me. It is not worth buying for $14.95 very disappointed needs more filling. Won’t buy one again 👎

Dubai bar is a miss

They continue to make great Fioretto. The Cappucino and the Hazelnut are fantastic. I even enjoyed the Strawberry. The Dubai bar is a miss. There wasnt even a hint of pistachio flavor. It was delicious chocolate, but I expected to get that nut flavor. Perhaps the Fioretto would be better suited for it than the bar. Also, I would love to see the Amaretto truffle return someday. It was got me hooked in the very beginning.

Don't Dubai the Bar

Dubai chocolate Bar is nothing special. $20 for this candy bar was wasted. I bought two, so $40 was thrown away.

I've been to Dubai and this chocolate wasn't even close. It was mostly that; chocolate. What really surprised me was that the chocolate wasn't even that amazing.
I had to make and post a video about this experience.

I love your dark chocolate

I love your dark chocolate. I know the higher grade of dark chocolate is good for you. I would love it if you put the strength of the dark chocolate on the orange flavor and sea salt bars. I eat them anyway, health wise wish it was on there.

Soooo disappointed…

I would generally give Lindt chocolates a 4/5 but I Tried the Dubai chocolate bar and it took the entire product line down a notch. The picture on the wrapper looked really good, so you can imagine my disappointment in this barely mediocre tasting exorbitantly overpriced offering from the people who brought a brilliant truffle chocolate to the world…

I cannot recommend ordering online

I have always been a fan of Lindt chocolates, and I placed an order through their website for a special event due to time constraints. To my surprise, they sent me an entirely different order. I contacted Lindt customer service immediately after delivery and sent them photos of what I received on the same day. Unfortunately, their response was frustrating — I was bombarded with endless emails, where they kept asking the same questions, rephrasing them, and requesting new photos from different angles. It was a truly exhausting experience. To this day, I have not received a return label to send back the incorrect order. Terrible service

Corporate greed

I have been eating your chocolate for years and I just wanted to say, I recently walked into my stop and shop and saw your chocolate hazelnut bar was 7.29
5 dollars was steep as a person who does research and has 25 years of restaurant management and understanding of food cost p and l and such , the price increase is absolutely absurd and not justified I will never eat another lindt product again absolutely corporate greed and I am sorry that you've decided to rip of hard working americans
I know the price of chocolate and I know where it's sourced Cocoa to be more specific
Unfortunately I will never eat your chocolate again after eating it for 35 plus years

Really used to enjoy their chocolate and it was the first time for me to buy directly via their website ,It ended up with receiving the wrong items and in a very poorly packaged box not up to how a company ship food or snacks ,Their CS kept arguing with me about what happened via emails and they refused to return ,,this message is directed to Lindt Company ( please don't ask me to contact your Cs again via email ) I need to see your action here publicly so everyone knows what they will experience with you if something goes wrong

Lindy and Lead & Cadmium

LINDT CHOCOLATE MADE WITH CADIUM AND LEAD

Lindt makes bombshell admission about its ‘expertly crafted’ chocolate amid lawsuit.

The gourmet chocolate brand, unveiled that its delectable goodies are not “expertly crafted with the finest ingredients,” as the packaging suggests.

Customers from California, Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Nevada and New York have taken legal action against the Swiss company regarding the high amounts of lead they’ve consumed.
Sadly, Lindt did not confess and only lied and obfuscated through their attorneys. I have only purchased Lindt for decades, no longer!

Jacob the chat agent was as purposely unhelpful as lindt’s us selection is itself. I was looking for the CocoaPure dark bars, and honeycomb and raspberry hazelnut. Honeycomb increases the strength of the bones, and raspberries pair well with hazelnut; and cocoa has better chemistry in as natural as possible a bar and in as sugar isolate free a composition as possible,, but these types of bars seem to be UK only these days. Well that isn’t going to be good enough. im done with excuses based on policies that americans are ignorant of health issues. Just because the us puts out laws to reinforce poisoning of its own citizens doesn’t mean we as a rule must poison ourselves. If there is something better, it should be available here. I would like to see healthier better tasting chocolate available here to me with better ingredients like are available in the UK, or im not going to bother supporting the elitism that holds such out of reach by dumpster diving through what is dangled in reach because it has a certain taste or texture despite the consequences.

I wish I looked up previous reviews! My experience with LindtUsa is the same as Ramona's, earlier this year! I placed an order last Friday, Dec. 15th, and, as for today, it still sits there; LindtUSA didn't transfer it to FedEx yet. When I called their 877-695-4638, I was told "it could take up to 5 (five) business days for that", Christmas season or not! If they mentioned that anywhere on their site, very few of us would deal with LindtUsa, wouldn't we??

The best chocolate - at my doorstep!

Lindor truffles are my favorite. I truly like ordering online where I can order special flavors that are not found in my local store. Great chocolate. Great experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their chocolates!

Lindt Chocolate USA worst shopping experience!

Lindt Chocolate USA site didn't bother to inform their customers how long (in my case, at BEST 4 days) it would take to send out orders!.. nor WHEN one could EXPECT to receive one's order.
I had 3 very rude customers service representatives cutting me off when I asked questions, arguing when I told them that they should list on their website that they're closed on weekends, and 1 rude supervisor who didn't apologize for anything, nor offended ANY solutions! I personally will NEVER purchase anything from their website again!
