Inept
First of all I should point out this was my buyers solicitor but the truth is their performance equally affects the process for both parties.
I can sum up Leonard Grays performance in a word ‘inept’
8 months to complete a purchase that should have taken 3 months at best.
It was so bad that both parties had to complain to the senior partner who as expected completely ignored the complaint which gives you some idea of the level of professionalism received.
I notice on other platforms they have 5 star ratings…I can only imagine they employ the services of a ‘bot’ to add credibility to a very poor service. Keep clear of this shower.
