Smooth underwriting process and fast turn round, with an offer available inside 4 working days. As a broker Lendinvest have been a pleasure to deal with. I had a complex income case using director's salary, net profit from accounts (on two limited companies) and some additional partnership income. Needed to use all this income for affordability reasons where using just salary and dividends would fail. I discussed the case initially with Shane the BDM and was able to speak directly to Jordan who was underwriting the case and who fully understood the case and income from the broker's perspective. Really great service, two very happy customers as they had tried themselves to get a mortgage and failed. Many thanks.

another inflexible "computer says no" organisation. minimum lending is 50k and minimum valuation if £75k valuation apparently came in at 69k and met their 50k minimum lending but didn't meet their 75k minimum valuation decided to pocket my £200 application fee. am sure they start application simply to pocket these fees

As a mortgage broker I have worked with numerous lenders, but rarely come accross a specialist lender so engaged and human. Direct access to an underwriter who is happy to pick up a phone and talk through a case is great, but when that underwriter is also able to competently and completely understand complex situations - this adds a whole new level of excellence. Outstanding experience with Lendinvest and they have, in my opinion raised the bar for specialist residential!

As a mortgage admin, I find the LendInvest interface the easiest to use out of the ones we use regularly. The team/underwriters are great to deal with and processing speeds are phenomenal all round.

A fantastic service from start to finish, qualified the case with my BDM Shane Wallace and the support team. Not a simple case due to income but an offer was issued in 4 working days and the underwriter Jordan Thomson was superb in processing everything so quickly!

Jordan was great, good communication and direct access to speak to him about this complicated case. Application to offer in 8 working days and probably would have been about 4 days less if the valuation was booked in earlier.

The contact with the underwriter Jordan was first class and his help in acheiving a quick turnaround for the clients needs was fantastic.

I had a complicated case and needed a lender who will take latest Profit and directors’ salary for affordability where the latest income was much more significant than the previous years.
I was allocated Underwriter (Jordan Thompson) at start, and he was absolutely brilliant. He called to discuss the case in detail which was then backed up by all the supporting evidence in order to get the max borrowing my client needed.
The process was smooth and mortgage offer was issued within days! What I also liked about Lendinvest was that the completion team was involved in liaising with solicitor regularly and including me in their email correspondence, so I didn't really have to chase them as much! This really helps when you have few cases on the go!
Lendinvest then reduced thier rates and as every lender have different processes in place (some more complex than others) when it comes to making amendments post offer, I contacted Jordan for help but I was slighly concerned as you hear some horror stories from other brokers when changes are being made to application post offer and cases get declined etc.....this was actually very straightforward. Jordan has amended and re-issued offer in a day! What a great service, thank you Jordan. I look forward to working with Lendinvest again!

Jordan Thompson is a miracle worker, fully submitted the application on the 23rd, valuation booked on the 24th and offered on the 28th. Jordan even emailed me when there was 1 new/final requirement needed to allow production of offer, and that if i uploaded it shortly he'd release offer the same day, today, and true to his word he did exactly that!
