Very happy with COPA. Lee is always on hand to help with whatever questions I have about anything to do with the accounting side of the business. His experience as an ex-Amazon seller is massively helpful for me given the same nature of my business. He also always seems to be on the same wavelength as me in terms of what I'm asking and how it will benefit my business Daunting processes like VAT and going from Sole Trader to LTD Company have been made as smooth as possible. I now feel I can just trust my accountant to deal with that side of the business so I can focus on the bits i'm actually good at. Recommended.

My overall impression of the firm is that is consists of a bunch of young, dynamic, ambitious people who are eager to deliver on the needs of their clients, care about the experience their clients receive and want to try an innovate as much as possible. As opposed to my previous experience, which is that of an industry made up of a highly skilled information processors with little to no interest in the businesses of the clients for whom they work.

Copa have thorougly fulfilled our accounting needs from the moment we signed on to present day. Our business has gone from strength to strength as we have been able to focus on what matters operationally knowing that Jordan and the whole team over at Copa have got our backs on financials and reporting.
