It was super easy and super fast. It was clear on the process to give me confidence.

Quick turnaround, good price. Most of all, though some of the videos were somewhat "garbled" (had 30 - 40 year old tapes), the memories were fantastic! My grandchildren were able to see what their parents were like when they were young!

19 8mm reels sent to you guys. In 7 days, they were received, processed, and returned in the digital formats I requested. I can’t say enough about how well the whole experience (beginning to end) was. Thanks for preserving our memories. I recommend you guys to anyone wishing to this sort of thing.

I am so grateful that I was able to transfer all of my family’s home videos. So many of the people in them have passed and it’s an amazing thing to be able to see them again. Some of my tapes were severely damaged and Legacybox was able to still transfer some of them. The access to a cloud is also great. I’ve transferred videos before and lost the drive so now I know they’re accessible all the time whenever I want to see them or share with family. Thank you.

The whole experience has been great. Our videos were converted very quickly. The only negative is using the website from my iPhone. Sometimes, the video is smooth and other times, it’s jerky. I have to close the website and then reopen it and then I can watch the video.
That issue aside, I’d recommend Legacy Box to convert your video tapes and pictures!

I’m very happy with Legacy Box. I had 26 8mm films that was over 50 years old. I was ready to throw them away. Legacybox was able to digitize the film. It was so nice my deceased parents, sisters,and wife again. Thank you Legacybox!!!!!

I think the whole process is easy and simple to follow. The company came highly rated and delivered in what they advertised. The one thing I will point out, constructively, is that the box that I received for an 80 item order was not able to accommodate my 80 items. Even with that I still give them a 5 star rating, but something to think about down the road. Sincerely
