A lot of memories and pictures saved for me, was a very easy to setup what was needed and they take care of shipping and so far the quality of it is very good.

The process was very easy from start to finish. Instructions were easy to follow and the communication was superb 👌.

All the conversions were of very high quality from videos, to film, to slides.

Could not be more pleased with the results. We useda total of three times and we're never disappointed.

I would definitely recommend this service. They provide you a box to place your tapes in which you send back to them. My order was processed very quickly, and I soon had all of my memories. The links were easy to share with all of my family, and we will enjoy these memories for years to come.

It was incredibly fast and easy. The whole process for forty items was less than 2 weeks. All media was digitized and placed on the cloud very quickly. I was extemely impressed and will use the service again and spread the word!

I have worked for Legacybox since March and they offered us a free 20 count box so we could experience the same joy our customers do and it makes me proud of working there so much more. After losing my grandmother in 2004, both of my parents in December 2005, and my best friend in 2008, I had forgotten what they sounded like and how they moved. Discovering the videos of them was the best thing I have ever experienced and am so grateful that I have them digitally so I can share them with family and friends. My friend's children didn't remember her but now they have seen and heard her and that's the best gift I could give them. Thanks again Legacybox!

One of the best things I have ever done. Even movies taken nearly 80 years ago were clear. Sending them in was easy & 41 reels were digitized in about a month. All were put in iCloud initially so I could share with family. If memories are important to you, do this!!

Spent 25 minutes getting a code , 6 times, and that didn't work. 5 years of a subscription, I never used. Sounds good but in practice , expensive and not easy to actually view. Help center is on hold for 29 minutes...phone battery died..Back to call. waiting for call back....So far 1 hour 31 minutes trying to cancel...I d find a local business next time..$ 1800 dollars 6 years later..we haven t viewed them once..My mistake. Just an FYI for all..

Communication from start to finish was awesome. I felt like my home videos were always safe. Everything was done in a timely manner and I was kept informed all along the way what stage of the process my digitizing was in.

Everything with shipping and receiving went great. Because of the length of time, we moved to another city. I tried calling to update my address. I chose the call back option, but never received the call. I called again a few days later and after a long hold finally had a representative help me out. She was very helpful.

The box took longer to get here. I had to call customer service and they didn’t know what happened but the next day the box shipped and after that everything was easy and great. I just got the box back all is good and I put more movies in it to have the rest of them. My sisters and I were on the phone looking at the videos together. Great memories I have not seen in a very long time.

It was super easy and super fast. It was clear on the process to give me confidence.
