I sent them an old 8mm video take from 1993 that i made of my senior year in high school that I thought i would never be able to watch since I no longer have anything to play it on plus the tape was ripped in half. They took it and made my memoires come back to me from 1993 high school days. I will give then a 10 out of 10. Price was great and customer service has been nothing but great just as well.

Quick return. AND more importantly, unlike Kodak, all the digital slides came back clean without dust spots or "hairs" on the image.

I'm 83 years old but this was easy to do ....although not to easy to see/pull up.

I think that the cost was way to high for what i got. And i thought I was going to get cds of my videos.

It was such an easy process sending my things in to get done. My kids are grown now so it was awesome being able to sit with all of them and watch these memories from when they were younger. Thanks to iMemories,watching videos that I probably would have just thrown away, was possible.

I have mixed feelings about this company. I sent in 22 VHS and VHS-C tapes. They ranged from approximately 15-30 years old. I get that the quality isn't going to be fabulous on some of them, but really none of them looked great. I was really excited to try the "AI Enhancement", thinking there would be at least a noticeable improvement. Unfortunately, there was little to no difference after the "enhancement". I feel like it was probably a waste of an additional $100+ on top of the nearly $400 from the initial order.

I'm also leery of any company who ALWAYS has a sale. Looking back, I see their same "limited time" 50% off sale going on for at least the past 2 years (I'm sure it's longer, but I quit looking). If you're going to charge $15 a tape and $5 for the AI enhancement, charge that. Don't try to trick customers into ordering for a "limited time deal" that really goes on forever. It's bad business.

On the plus side, I do like the app and will most likely continue paying for it so my older kids can have access to all of the videos as well in a convenient way. Everything was also done within about 2 weeks so it was relatively quick.

The instructions to view on my TV were not clear further the update to memory page does not show the additional photo of the update to my account

This has been an awesome experience. Sent in 16 vhs tapes and so happy this all on an app. I can do so much through the app like order usb etc.
Will do more!

This service couldn’t be more convenient. I’ve now been able to digitize every 8 mm movie film from my childhood, every video tape from my daughter’s childhood, family vacations we took and our daughter’s wedding. I just couldn’t be happier with the results!

Imemories Did an awesome job on transferring our videos, very well laid out and labeled easy to download and app was easy to access. so glad that I did all my movies.

Turn around time was great. The quality is good. They communicate really well!

Way more expensive than I expected, I misunderstood what I was buying …. For t this amount of money what I received was minimal. I paid the $ received the package that they RAVE about when it’s easier (& less expensive ) to just ship your stuff yourself…. Then understand that iMemories uploads your stuff to their webpage then charges you a monthly fee to continue to watch…you can download your stuff to your phone/computer which I did but the playback is a mess…. Bottom line READ, ASK QUESTIONS AND KEEP YOUR EXPECTATIONS TO A MINIMUM….. you’ll have to pay extra for them to send you a cd or file…
I learned my lesson and spent more for limited return….

Everything is great so far. Just be aware they charge to return the tapes to you. Charged $36 for this.

quick turn around and peace of mind

I was scared to send off my videos due to my dad recently passing away and my mom is currently on hospice. Im so glad I did. The service was great !! The quality was amazing from the early 1990s videos. It took us back in time. My son's dad passed away when our son was 16 and we even got to see lots of videos with him in them. Just to hear his voice almost 20 years later was bitter sweet. Highly recommend this company.

I thought the pricing was too expensive the quality of what I received was not that great.

Initially I was disappointed to learn there was a subscription fee but was contacted by the company and told that they would send me a USB with my files. I'm happy they heard my concerns and helped me accordingly. Really appreciate it.

Love having all these memories on hand. The family will enjoy them!
