Legacybox Reviews

The process was so easy and so fast! They absolutely thought of everything.

The service was fast and efficient. It is so nice to be able to see what was on old tapes, reels, etc. And everything put on one thumb drive.

Video and audio came out better than expected. The process worked very smoothly.

They took precious vhs and video cam tapes from the 90s and placed them on dvds that are treasured by my husband and myself. The quality is good, their delivery service was seamless.

I was so nervous to use this service, but just wow I have nothing but amazing things to say

The process was very easy and streamlined!

The time savings and relief from a longtime burden of responsibility for maintaining all this for friends and family.

Fast efficient service would highly recommend

This is an important service if you can afford it. Ended up paying an average of $10 per transfer. Highly recommend that you call them and verify the best price you can get. Legacy Boxes are sold through HSN and probably other retailers, and there is usually a sale going on somewhere.
There was a glitch in their customer service in dealing with my orders which unnessarily cost me an additional $40, but the reason they lost a star in this review is because many of the processed videos had huge blank endings. I have to edit the dead space out individually, which is costing a great deal of time.
Nevertheless, i'm recommending Legacy Box - but there is room for improvement.

I was so pleased to recieve the results. I had hoped my 94 year old mother would have been able to HEAR AND UNDERSTAND more of the Audio tape, but even with the new head phones, she wasn't able to recognize the voices although I knew who the voices belonged to. But the movies took her back on a sentimental journey to a good time in her life; back to Germany to spend time with her family in Munich when dad was stationed there in his military career.
Thank you! Marie Sampson

I've yet to receive the order but my past and current experience is that this company has a quick turn around and the order and even the process to fulfill and place tapes and videos inside the box is efficient. Much appreciated.

I know my items are safe, and will be processed professionally. My items are returned in excellent condition and they give me the opportunity to send more for half the price savings. I have sent in films from my parents estate that were really old and I had no idea what was on them. I'm very thankful.

I appreciated being kept up to date on every step with my precious videos of my children growing up. I felt at ease and was very impressed with the process. Everything was so neat and organized too.

First time doing this and it was great and a lot quicker than I thought. Will definitely recommend this to anyone who’s looking to do it. Thank you

This was my third great experience. LegacyBox (very quickly) digitized my aunt’s film from the 1960s/1970s and despite the age and poor original quality, the resulting files are just what we hoped for. She will love seeing this footage of her world travels and family; it will be a wonderful 90th birthday gift!

This is the second time I’ve used Legacy Box and my experience was just as good as my first. This time, I had an audio tape converted for a friend’s birthday gift. The tape is from a 1983 concert she attended in Colorado. She is going to be over the moon when she hears it. :) Also, I moved to a different state and had to change my address as Legacy Box was preparing my shipment, and your customer service department fixed it without an issue. Thank you so very much for everything you do.

Quick and efficient! Packaging to and from is just amazing. Highly recommend ♥️

From the ease to send the box to the keeping me informed throughout the processing and received the shipment back all in 2 weeks.

Very professional!! The whole process was simple and smooth! Kept us informed from the moment I signed up till the time my videos came back to me. It cannot be any simpler. Thank you! BTW this is my second order and I have one or two more to go.
