Very Happy with Service,
Purchased direct from South Wales site, staff were excellent and polite, delivery was prompt and the delivery driver was very helpful putting nearly all of the delivery in my garage (the driver was working quicker than I could hence he nearly handled all of delivery). Decking boards not installed yet, subframe 90% completed, don’t under estimate how heavy/sturdy the subframe can be for handling.

What an extremely helpful company
What an extremely helpful company. I rang up pretty clueless, trying to track down a replacement skylight that had been fitted years ago. All I had was a model number and a name. The gentleman who answered knew straight away the equivalent model and talked me through what I needed to know. It came three days later and is perfect.
