With a highly experienced management team and over 30+ years’ experience in supplying products to the construction and DIY industries, we now supply an exciting range of Arena Composite Decking, Composite Fencing, Composite Cladding and Composite Balustrade products to the outdoor, landscaping and home improvements industries.

LB Supplies Ltd are based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire and LB Supplies (Southern) are based in Newport, South Wales enabling us to cover extensively all parts of the UK. Easy to do business with and excellent product.

A very responsive company complemented by a very user friendly Internet site. The communication between company and the customer was excellent with regular updates of order progress. The Delivery service was first class and with regular communication with the customer the delivery was on the day stated even though there was mechanical problems with the vehicle they kept their promise
Thank you to the whole team.
The cladding product is excellent and very good value.

Professional friendly firm that cares

Exceptional Customer Service. After experiencing a problem with receiving a sample, I raised the issue and this was sorted quickly, professionally and followed up diligently. Delays...

Ordered on 8th May, still not arrived after 2 failed delivery dates. (9th & 12th June)

The main reason for my low rating is…

The main reason for my low rating is their very poor communication. When they took my order they gave no indication there would be a delay in delivery, even though they knew there would be because they were moving warehouse. The order was placed on the 15th May, but was not delivered till the 11th June. Used the chat line and got a response twice then stopped. I emailed and got a response from a Katie Bishop about 4 times saying they would get back to me later in the day but never did. Just to have been updated would have made the whole process so much better.

We complained about 2 windows that came…

We complained about 2 windows that came damaged and we sent proof. Although it was over 48 hours when the claim was reported, it was within 5 days of receiving the damaged windows. The company has decided not to replace it. We are within our consumer statutory rights and shall be taking this forward.
