Case cancelled without notice

Landbay cancelled the case due to lack of response from the solicitor who was dealing with their requirements.
Zero communication to myself (broker). Case was re-instated but then client needed to sign all new documents which caused delays.
Intermediary submitted business should have the intermediary involved and informed at every stage. Poor from Landbay on this occasion.

Poor customer service for redemption

This lender moves quickly for new applications. However when redeeming the mortgage the company took several months even for a straightforward cash repayment because their staff were not properly trained to deal with the matter. They staff were incompetent and rude and the company was so slow and they forced me to pay additional interest at much higher rates because they were so slow. Always use a broker!!

When we receive large or unusual cash payments, we're required to carry out verification checks before applying funds to an account. This is a legal requirement for all lenders, but we understand it's frustrating when you're trying to redeem your mortgage and want certainty on timings.
