I purchased a short set of Lake PJ'S on…

I purchased a short set of Lake PJ'S on 4/27/25 and not even 1 month later there was staining under the armpits. I shower EVERY night with just regular old bar soap, use Tide soap to wash my clothes AND use Secret Clear Gel deodorant. Nothing outrageous but yet after less than a month the PJ'S look like I had them for years- never had that happen to me even with work out clothes. The company won't stand by their product and says it's my fault. I guess it's my fault for wearing them like I normally wear PJ'S. Buyer beware.

BEWARE

BEWARE! I did my due diligence by contacting the company directly to ensure I could return a gift I was buying for Christmas for my daughter after Christmas. I was told that all orders from November to December could be returned or exchanged to January 15. I had been on a waitlist for a robe in Parisian green for several months and was never notified that it came in stock. Therefore I ordered the robe in blue as a gift for my daughter. A few days before Christmas I was notified that the green robe was in stock. I immediately called the company only to find out they were closed until January 2 and suggested an email I emailed and requested a return label which their site states they will give you for an exchange to simply exchange the blue robe for the green robe that was finally in stock I had to subsequently call and email numerous times to get any type of help or assistance. Ultimately today I receive another unhelpful email telling me I cannot exchange the robe because it was on sale when I bought it. No where in the original purchase did it explain I couldn’t exchange it with their required timeframe. You’re speaking about a robe that is $140 and I had $20 off still laying a hefty price of $120. I was simply asking for an exchange of color for the one that I had been on the waitlist for 4 months. I would never do business with this company again not upfront not honest no customer service. Only because of the pricey items did I take the time to warn prospective buyers by writing this review, so no other buyers would be subjected to such unscrupulous practices as I was

HORRIBLE customer service

This company is horrible for customer service. Tried to order a pair of maternity pajamas for my daughter. They were in my cart on their 50% sale. I went to check out and they were "no longer available" in her size. The next morning they are full price and now available. The rep tried to tell me these were new style however my bookmark on my computer takes me to the exact page of the original style in my cart. She could've cared less. Didn't offer to help me at all. What a scam!!!! Buy your items elsewhere.

recently purchased these beautiful pajamas, and there's no denying their quality matches the hefty price tag of $130. The only thing missing? Pockets in the bottoms, which would be a nice addition. At this price point, one expects perfection in every aspect, including customer satisfaction.

However, there are notable concerns regarding sizing and customer service. The fabric is not preshrunk, and buyers are advised to size up, but the shrinkage is unpredictable. Unfortunately, I found myself with pajamas that wouldn't shrink enough and ended up being excessively large.

Navigating customer service proved to be an additional challenge. It's disheartening to note that many complaints on various review sites echo a similar sentiment. What's particularly frustrating is the apparent lack of flexibility and authenticity in their responses. The customer service team seems to provide the exact same reply to every complaint, which leaves customers feeling unheard.

In the pursuit of being fair to all concerned, it appears that the company may be sacrificing the opportunity to build goodwill with its customers. A more flexible and authentic approach to customer service could go a long way in resolving the issues raised by numerous buyers.

In conclusion, while the pajamas themselves are indeed beautiful, potential buyers should exercise caution regarding sizing and be prepared for a less-than-ideal customer service experience.
