Been shopping at AMIClubwear for years and I'm always impressed. Their fashion is trendy, the prices are great, and the quality is solid. If you want to upgrade your look without spending a fortune, this is the place.

I ordered a costume from here and I opened it to find two items missing and the dress and accessory to look completely different from the picture. The clasps don’t even work right, the skirt doesn’t even go all the way around, the neckline is completely off. The sizing and fit of it is so inconsistent with areas fitting better than others. Overall, horrible product. I can’t even return it cuz I’d only get store credit. I don’t want to shop here ever again.

I haven't received an email regarding when my order will be delivered. I'd like to know the exact delivery time. I've tried emailing, but haven't received a reply.

This was the WORST purchase I’ve made online in a loooog time. Which is why I had to leave an honest review. I ordered over $200 worth of varied merchandise and NONE of it was true to size and NONE of it fit me. I can get none of my money back and exchange NOTHING. What kind of bullshit is that?!!! I will NEVER order from AmiClubWear again!!!

I ordered a White Teddy in XL. LI687 - Peony Paradise Bridal Teddy - X-Large / White/Gold.
Needed lingerie for a White Party theme.

Have large breasts 34G, so purchased the XL because measured around, per their size chart should have accomodated a Bust up to 38.

Rcvd the item and didn't cover my breasts at all! It's a perfect item for someone Flat or Small Chested.

I inquired how to return it only to be told they will not allow returns on intimate wear!

Won't be ordering from this company ever again!

AMIClubwear has become my go-to for swimwear! The bikinis I ordered last summer were trendy and flattering. The colors stayed vibrant even after multiple washes. Be sure to check the size chart carefully—I had to size up, but the fit was perfect once I did.

Horrible. Charged me, never sent a confirmation of purchase. Their phones are disconnected. 5 emails unanswered. Total fraud. I will report him to the police. Mr. YANG.

Horrible customer service! I placed an order for a halloween costume and they sent me the wrong size and costume from what I ordered! I cannot get in touch with customer service. No one has returned my calls or emails!

Terrible company!! I placed a huge order and when my shipment arrived( took longer than a month) it was half of the items. I emailed the company about it and they said it was all shipped together. I disputed with my bank and the end result was that there was nothing I can do. Lost $200. Never purchasing from this company ever again.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They don't reply to emails; they scam you and take your money. I ordered a costume from them for Halloween. I paid for express international shipping from the US to AUS, which was $72. I ordered it in enough time to allow it to be delivered for Halloween.

However, I did some digging as It took so long to leave the US. Once contacting the USPS postage services and Australia Post, they said this package was actually sent via standard post and railway (once it arrived in AUS), which the company selected. They also said the estimated date was passed when it was meant to come.

So this business took my money and didn't give me what I paid for, which was express and used the cheapest shipping form to get my package to me so that they could make more money and scam their customers. I've been trying to get in contact to get a refund on my whole order as I only spent all that money on the shipping to arrive on time. This company is ignoring my emails, and it's disgusting that businesses can get away with this!!

SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR A TRUSTED COMPANY THAT WON'T SCAM THEIR CUSTOMERS!! I should have read the reviews before buying because now I understand why they have such a low rating!!!!

Never got information about shipping when it said my package would come in 2-3 business days. Also no one answers the email address given on the website.

I emailed them a bunch of times and got no response I ordered my costume earlier purposely for this exact reason. It’s coming off like a scam website. Can’t track my order can’t get in contact with anybody. got one email from a fake name “George” telling me my billing address was wrong I sent the write one immediately and got no response.
