Their website says delivery takes 3–5 days, but my order took over 3 weeks to arrive. I placed a pre-order, and it took 2 months just to ship, literally at the very end of the promised period. Then they used the cheapest shipping option, which added even more time.
This is misleading and completely unacceptable. I will never order from Little Treasure again.

We take delivery times very seriously. According to our fulfillment data, the majority of our orders are shipped within 24–48 hours, and once shipped they are typically delivered within 3–5 days when using our standard USPS shipping option. We can verify this through our fulfillment records.
We also offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including USPS Standard (free on orders over $30), Priority, and Express shipping. Customers are able to select the shipping method that best fits their needs.
After reviewing our system, we were unable to locate an order under the name associated with this review, and we also did not receive any support inquiry regarding a delayed shipment.
If the order was placed under a different name or email address, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate this immediately.
If what you described did occur, we will gladly issue a full refund and make this right. However, we need the order details to properly review the shipment and resolve the issue.
