I have more than 50 pairs of woxer star underwear and I love them. I also have if not 50 but close to 50 woxer bras and I gotta say I'm very disappointed with them. Almost every bra I have ordered the band is stretched out. It didn't happen when I was on my woxer addiction buying spree. But I've noticed that the band after a couple months does not hold up. For the amount of money we pay for them they should last longer than a couple months. This is why I have stopped purchasing and it's very disappointing because I finally found a brand that I was completely comfortable with. Somehow please you gotta find a way to make the bands on the bras last. Please

EDIT/UPDATE: Had an exchange with customer service and Woxer was really responsive to the issue. They explained that since my original order that they have changed the vendor for the waistbands, and offered to make it right by sending a replacement order. Can confirm that the waistband is indeed a different, much sturdier material. Will be checking back in a few months time to update my review based on how these boxers age (while of course respecting washing instructions.)

Bought some Woxers...were very excited to try out some undies in the cuts that they offer. A month into wearing them the waistband has stretched out tremendously (nothing to do with my size or the undies' size...), and one pair developed holes along the seems. They were nice to send a replacement but I had to pay for shipping.

Now 10 months later, all of the waistbands have stretched out, there are holes everywhere, even though I'm respecting the washing guidelines and I bought the appropriate size for my body.

Shit quality for the price. Really disappointed.

I’m saddened to write a bad review about Woxer after my years of being a customer and subscriber. The quality of their product has went downhill. I have bought several pairs that upon first use the waistband stretched out tremendously. I tried to give them a grace period to maybe fix this issue but still no. I have an old pair of TomboyX boxers that are still in great shape with no waste band wear or holes that are older than all my pairs of woxers. Bad quality for the price :(

Horrible! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I’ve literally never been gaslit like I have by this company! I ordered $50 briefs and was informed the package was delivered. It was not. I know this because I was home the whole time AND had security footage to double check. I wrote to their alleged customer service email, MULTIPLE times, and they never answered. I wrote on social media, nothing. Finally I tried again six months later to the exact same email address, and someone wrote back saying “oh sorry it’s outside of the returns window.” Excuse me?? Refund me! They wrote back again, saying “you wrote to the noreply email which we don’t check, and also the package was delivered.” I had included the entire thread in my emails, and had very clearly written to their support address, not the noreply address. And they can pretend it was delivered all day long, it simply was not. Reading the multiple reviews here of other people having the exact same experience is validating and makes me seriously wonder if this is a fraudulent company.

While i liked the fabric and general design, the quality isn’t great for a quilt high price. After a month a product already has a snagged thread. Do i want to spend 20-30$ a month for a pair of undies? Not really, no

The delivery company they used left my package outside an apartment building- I ofcourse never received my package. They do not have a telephone number to call and I got an AI Chatbot who told me to complain to the delivery company who again was just a chat bot. No telephone number there either. Who leaves a package outside an apartment building in NY???
