Lacey Heating are without a doubt the…

Lacey Heating are without a doubt the best plumbing / boiler company I have ever experienced. Over the years they have done many jobs for us, installing showers and boilers and always been prompt reliable and fair priced. Recess a shower repair for us and didn’t even charge. Wouldn’t use anyone else if I could help it

I needed an electric shower 2 years ago…

I needed an electric shower 2 years ago so got Laceys in. The light never worked on it properly but it worked. The lad that came to do it asked where the tap was to shut off the water so i said under the sink unit. He took the kickboard off and of course it was in the cupboard and he couldnt get the board back so i have paper jammed in both ends. I should have realised ehat they were like bcos the surveyor couldnt have cared less. I decided to get them back bcos my toilet wasnt flushing properly and my shower needed two new seals. Could tell surveyor wasnt interested. I paid up front for parts. Rebecca phoned and asked if thry could come thst day and i told her I was at the CHRISTIE HOSPITAL THAT DAY. Rebecca said just put a bucket of water down the toilet and then i heard nothing for 6 weeks. So i phoned up and said forget it i’ll get somewhen else. Told them dont bother phoning me. No email to apologise and yet when i had the shower put in i paid that day and had two emails asking me to pay. Unbelievable. Im a widow and didnt know anyone to do these jobs. What could go wrong they have 5 stars. 😡

After you kindly let us know about your appointment at The Christie, we took the decision not to follow up further at that time out of respect for your circumstances. In hindsight, we recognise that this silence may have felt like neglect rather than care, and for that we sincerely apologise.

We’ve since sent a letter to explain the situation more fully, as we wanted to respect your request not to be contacted by phone or email. While we’re saddened that we couldn’t complete the work for you, we fully respect your decision and have arranged a refund accordingly.

Five star rating for professional expertise

Five star rating because this business is excellent and we’ve used them a few times. Rebecca working hard in the office to help with our enquiry and facilitate the engineer through to Danny doing a superb job of installing the new boiler on time and professional throughout. Would highly recommend for any plumbing & heating work.

Teamwork

The team worked really hard and did an amazing job. From start to finish a fantastic customer experience. The electric and hot water was available most of the week of the installation which wasnt expected. Thank you.

Cant thank Becky enough from start to finish, for her kind and helpful manner on the phone, what an asset to your company, she made me feel at ease and sorted me out, arranged for an engineer to come out the next day, and got a quote sent to me within the same day, very prompt and amazing service!! Well done, thanks again Becky 😁

I cannot recommend Laceys highly…

I cannot recommend Laceys highly enough. I've been using them for over 10 years for my annual boiler services and for occasional other jobs including replacements of radiators, the most recent of which was done this week. They're always so helpful and polite. Their work is always of a high standard and they are incredibly accommodating.

Couldn't ask for better.

I used Laceys because they were highly recommended by a friend. I wasn't disappointed. Danny and Louis arrived on time, were very professional and extremely pleasant. I had six new radiators installed expertly and with great care. They cleaned up after themselves and were kind enough to move some heavy furniture back into place. Definitely recommend and would absolutely use them again.

Excellent service

Excellent service, as always by Laceys. From booking the appointment for a service through to the work done by Danny (the engineer). Having installed our boiler and heating system over eight years ago we have used them every year since. Five star service and work.

Having struggled to bring my central…

Having struggled to bring my central heating system on and noting that the boiler gauge was in the red, I called in for an engineer to call, as soon as possible.
An engineer called, soon after, that afternoon and sorted out the problem.
