Alex and Luke recently installed a multi-split Daikin air conditioner system in our home. From getting the initial quote to completing the work Alex and Luke were consistently professional, prompt, and helpful. We would highly recommend Alex and his company to family and friends. We will certainly be using their services again in the future.

Absolutely brilliant. I had difficulty getting any responses to my requests for information and quotes from other companies, but on contacting Alex on a Saturday afternoon I got an instant response with an information pack that basically told me most of what I needed to know and upfront and clear pricing. Alex gave me some easy to understand options and I made an order that afternoon, paid the deposit and the units were ordered on the Monday. The units arrived as expected 4 weeks later and the installation was completed without any fuss. The day of installation was very enjoyable and Alex and Luke were very friendly and helpful the workmanship was excellent and left everywhere clean and tidy. Alex gave a full demonstration of the kit and also setup the online app for me. Great alround service, highly recommend.

Alex has been great since the very beginning. Super friendly, gave me a good quote and fitted me in a lot earlier than I expected. Both Alex and Luke were friendly and chatty, and made a conscious effort to keep noise levels to a short period of time. The work looks fantastic, all pipes and cables nicely hidden away in trunking. A very professional job.

ETA: I had an issue with my unit a couple months after installation, Alex came and fixed it in LESS than 24 hours. Was all fixed in less than an hour. Not only was the installation fantastic,the aftercare is second to none.

We had air-con fitted in our new loft by Alex.
We are so glad we did. It was a big decision but is definitely a good investment as our house gets very hot in the summer months . We now have quite smoothly running air con built in to our fitted wardrobes. Alex went above and beyond to make sure everything went to plan and was a pleasure to deal with. The Air Conditioning Unit, fitted by Alpo-Air, was amongst the very best contractors that we have had in our home. The unit which was fitted in the conservatory, is a real asset allowing for use throughout the whole year.
Alex and the team have been enormously helpful throughout the whole process. They were technically competent, knowledgeable, friendly and communicated extremely well. Alex went above and beyond any normal expectations. He was committed to making sure that everything in the whole process was exactly as we wanted it to be. This was achieved and we are beyond delighted and satisfied with the end result.

This has been a fantastic experience. I am so impressed with the service offered by Alex and his team - he is professional and friendly and highly skilled in equal measure - that's a rare combination. As a customer I felt valued and safe in my decision to go ahead with my air con installation.

Alex's communication was exceptional from start to finish. My installation was particularly tricky but somehow it's been made to look fantastic. I now have a great-looking, quiet, energy-efficient aircon unit in my home office and it has made an absolutely enormous difference to my working life.

It's definitely an investment, but now it's done I feel every penny is worth it, I can't imagine my office without it.

Alex came highly recommended from a neighbor and we are so glad we listened to their advice. Alpo recently completed a complex air-con installation in my home. The project involved intricate wiring across multiple rooms and extending into the back garden. I was particularly impressed with their trunking work. Despite the system exiting the back of the house, the trunking was executed meticulously and barely noticeable. Alex’s attention to detail and ability to minimise visual impact while managing a complicated setup was excellent. Highly recommend.
