I recently had a new combi boiler installed by Colville in my London flat from Just Services Group, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and incredibly well organised.

Colville arrived on time, walked me through the plan for the day, and made sure everything was clear before starting. The boiler installation itself was completed to a really high standard — tidy pipework, seamless setup, and zero hassle. He also took the time to explain how the new boiler works, which I really appreciated.

The house was left spotless afterwards, and the new system is running perfectly with glowing hot radiators. It’s rare to come across tradespeople who combine great workmanship with genuine customer care, but Colville absolutely delivered both.

Just had a new gas boiler fitter in a 3rd floor flat they were very professional in ever aspect. JOHN THE OWNER WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE the fitter Adam was a man you could trust fitter boiler run though what he had done and was clean and tidy. Great service would recommend company to any one this is from a man that is retied but worked in the building game for over 40 years. Well done 👏

We were very pleased to have JustBoilers install our new Vaillant boiler. Gordon worked patiently and with great courtesy to overcome some unforeseen challenges during the course of repeat visits. The installation was finished neatly, with all arisings cleared up and removed. On the administrative side too, Rianne provided efficient and helpful support throughout.

I recently had a boiler installed, my whole experience was very positive. The customer service team is excellent, they were very helpful from my first telephone call. The boiler was installed by a highly skilled engineer who maintained clear communication throughout and was very efficient. I'm very happy with the final result. Strongly recommend it!

Have used JustBoilers for years, when the CH system needed servicing. Then today I had the radiator valves changed. The job was fairly priced, arranged promptly to fit my schedule, and performed efficiently and carefully, leaving no mess. The CH engineer was friendly and polite, and explained what he was doing when asked.

I needed a boiler and hob checked and serviced. The company were able to book the job in quickly, the engineer arrived at the correct time and it was all done, including the required paperwork, quickly and efficiently.

Just Services Group was recommended to me by a friend, and he was right, they are an excellent company to deal with. Paul, who carried out the survey on my boiler, arrived as booked and I had the quote within 10 minutes of him leaving the property. The quote was a very fair price - and the subsequent install (also by Paul) was carried out a week or so later. The job was completed seamlessly, and the old boiler was removed, leaving my place clean and tidy. I was also given a bit of training on the new boiler and Hive system. The team in the office were a delight to deal with, and the after care has been excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Have used Just Boilers several times now. Was having problems with a fairly recently installed boiler. After calling back installing firm several times, problems persisted. Fed up one morning, I looked online and saw Just Boilers. Explained probs to lady on phone. An engineer arrived few hours later. As I opened the door he said ‘I know what’s wrong with your boiler! He looked at it, asked if I’d like him to ring Bosch for me. It was a manufacturing fault - Bosch arrived same day! That was about 4/5 years ago. Absolutely no trouble since. I think that was going above and beyond ….. I think they’re an excellent firm and would unreservedly recommend.
