Fast, efficient and flexible. The service engineer was thorough and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Appointment in a reasonable time. The engineer very pleasant and professional, when he found the problem he explained it and what was needed. When I got the invoice the price again was reasonable. Good service. Yes I would recommend them.

The cistern on our toilet at the Foodbank developed a crack. We got in touch with A Mellor Plumbing and Heating late on Thursday evening., The following morning Owen and Chris turned up around 8.30am and replaced the cistern. A Mellor very kindly waived the payment, which meant we were able to use the money saved to provide food parcels for 10 families using our Foodbank. I cannot recommend them enough.

I do find the company a very good company. Had a few jobs done by them and they did exellent work. I had lost my invoice and needed a new one. It took me a couple of phone calls and emails to eventually get someone to resend it to me.

Another year has whipped by and Mellors cam to service my boiler again.
tradesman arrived as planned was really pleasant and informative.
Left house tidy.

The team (engineers and office staff) very helpful and accomadating in my emergency. Having had another company come round that miss-diagnosed the issue A Mellor got things sorted. I would use them again.

The plumber was here for about 10 minutes , the problem still continues & I felt the call-out charge was a bit high.
