Great product and the right price

this is much nicer than the memory foam one which is too hard. This one is just right.

Customer service was great I received my pillow in record time. It has taken a while to get used to it but I am getting there slowly.

As expected came within schedule very pleased with overall product

Purchased the pregnancy pillow as sleeping was uncomfortable, this Product is by far one of the comfiest pillows I have ever owned. It has done wonders for me during my pregnancy, it Is long enough to support my back and my bump at the same time. Highly recommend.
I will be continuing to use this pillow after my pregnancy too.

Would give no stars if possible - they never reply to emails and say you need authorisation before you return an item. I see others have had similar experiences. I plan to make trading standards aware

Ordered and items arrived. Great communication. Product was what I ordered so I’ve no problem ordering from this company again. Overall a good experience from me.

Order not arrived over a month and poor customer service. Been ignored so far

Dreadful service. My pillowcase split it's zip on the first day. I sent pictures to a contact who had previously been in touch about colour availability, asked for help, nothing. Asked again, nothing. Disgusting service and they deserve for it to be shared.

I ordered soap flowers, the pictures show a quantity of 50 pieces, but I received only 10 pieces. There are no details for some products, the quantity is not specified. I sent a lot of emails for the return but I didn't get any reply. I do not recommend

Ordered a pink pregnancy pillow for my partner. I received the cushion with a purple cover. Purple wasn't even an option so no idea how they have managed to do that.
Emailed 3 times before i got a reply. No apology, just shifting the blame to another department. They said they would send out the correct coloured case. Still no sign of this and they are not replying to any of my emails.

I ordered a wardrobe from this website, the delivery charge was already high at around £80, but I decided to go for it anyway as it was what I had been looking for, but I then had another email days later after the order was already confirmed to say that there would be an additional £250 fee for delivery as they didn’t deliver to my area. I understand the need to charge extra if they need to use a different courier (although £300+ does seem rather steep), but surely this should have been picked up on point of sale, when entering my address details, to save the shock and also the time wasting as I would never have gone ahead with the order had I known about the £300+ delivery charge! I now have to find another wardrobe and wait for my refund to be processed to be able to order it. Not only this, but when I responded to their email to say I wanted to cancel my order, the customer service advisor responding to me was extremely rude, blunt and sarcastic which actually made me glad of the extra charge and having to cancel my order, as I don’t want to support businesses like this that clearly don't have common courtesy or manners when talking to customers - they did not address my name, state theirs, apologise for the inconvenience and I also had to ask multiple times for confirmation of cancellation. Safe to say I will never order from this website in the future.
