Really amazing quality. I ordered the accent chair and the rattan base and back are incredibly well put together, knowing that it’s authentically hand made in Bali is what sealed the deal over other options I was looking at.

The service from the team is also great. Their live chat is super useful and they answered any questions I had before I finally went ahead. Will definitely be shopping here again!

We bought a fabulous chair . It’s comfy, attractive and well made . Very pleased . The showroom experience was un pressured and friendly . We would recommend using this company.

Not happy with the quality of the item we purchased, especially with these prices you can find way better alternatives in the market.

We are trying to return the item for over a week now but they haven’t been able to schedule a return delivery yet. They’re also not responding our emails so I hope this review gets their attention.

I loved dealing with The Bali Concept. I purchased a couple of dining chairs that I saw online, and I had a couple of questions. I called through and spoke to a lovely lady called Emma who answered my questions with great detail and made me feel really comfortable making the purchase. She even stored our order for a couple of weeks whilst our kitchen was being finished off which was a great touch.

The chairs were delivered on time, and were very well packaged. Once we got them out we were amazed with the quality. You can see a lot of time and effort has gone into making them, and it's so lovely to have your expectations exceeded. We love them!

I cannot recommend this company enough, from the high quality pieces, excellent customer service, through to the delivery. Everything was 5* and I can't wait to use them again.

We have just purchased 3 Zara bar stools for our daughter’s new home. Having looked at a good number of styles and designs on the internet, this bar stool looked to be the best and like some other reviewers we were initially a little nervous to commit to an item we had not been able to see in person.
All our concerns were allayed. These stools are not only unique but also stylish, comfortable and finished to an exceptionally high standard. A simple design but so effective combining the comfort and style mentioned above. Here are three stand out features:

1. So easy to deal with Nick and obtain more information about the stools and arrange a delivery that best suited us

2. So well packaged. They took a while to unpack but it was evident that great care had been taken to ensure they could not be damaged

3. We received three identical, comfortable and evidently hand crafted items that would look stylish in any setting as they are manufactured from natural materials.

An experience that exceeded our expectations and justified going for a slightly more expensive item . Bali Concept now on our ‘ Go To’ list

Brilliant customer service- answered queries promptly and reassured about easy return should it be necessary. Any event it wasn’t at all necessary since the rattan reclining chair and Ottoman is a thing of beautiful craftsmanship and finish. Absolutely love it and it completely goes with my aesthetic. After visiting the Leeds showroom we fell in love with the products and knew they would fit well with our new kitchen / living extension. Everyone who comes to our home asks where we sourced them from, and we love the unique nature of both products.

The rattan lampshade is just stunning, it gives off the most delicate pattern on the ceiling, a beautiful soft light which instantly adds warmth to the living room. It arrived perfectly packed and I can’t wait to finish decorating in order to benefit fully from this beautiful lampshade.

i am creating a space for myself in a new flat purchase where I wanted it to feel and look a certain way and after months researching mirrors I stumbled across the Bali Concept and found the most gorgeous mirror (Citra Ratten MIrror) I was a little nervous about ordering before seeing it was a waste of nervous energy as the design and quality is beautiful and exactly the aesthetic I was looking for. Nick was super informative and helpful through the process. I cannot recommend them enough and I look forward to ordering more beautiful pieces.

Spent quite a lot of time during research for a bar stool, came across an item we liked on the Bali concept. From the description on the Internet to the pictures the product turned out to be exactly as described and exactly as pictured , communications were efficient and accurate and now delighted with the stools.
