Excellent quick service - quote received and la[tops ordered within a day! highly recommend!

I have nothing but glowing praise to say for Kingsfield. Working within the health sector, we've had a lot of challenges during the pandemic with the majority of our suppliers in terms of stock and more importantly lead-times. Kingsfeild however have bent over backwards to help us, and have managed to sort us out with equipment where all other suppliers have seemingly failed. Donna has been great to work with, and doesn't sugarcoat with false promises unlike our other suppliers. As such, I know I can trust Kingsfield when they say they can do something.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish, with speedy delivery - even up to the Highlands! Absolute pleasure to deal with, will definitely be ordering again.

It's the only shop I know that gives a price online and then email for availability, but when you do email they don't have stock, was told by them today that any item you have to email them about - they don't have it in stock, I did ask if it would be easier to just have OUT OF STOCK by the item instead of the public wasting their time phoning or emailing them.

Brilliant service from all the staff at Kingsfield Computer Products Ltd, I have been using them at my old job for a very long time. And our new account manager Zoe Goode has always been quick to reply to any of my question.

Yesterday we found ourselves in a difficult situation, we needed a number of scanners for part of our fleet on short notice. Scarlet at Kingsfield literally bent over backward to ensure that our business could continue and hit our targets, and we did not even have an existing account. Kingsfield provide excellent and reliable service thanks to Claire, our account manager, who respectfully responded to my many questions to reassure that the product I got was exactly what I had requested. It's too simple these days to have account managers on the phone every other day, trying to get you to buy products you don't need or to get access to other people in your office but Claire isn't like that. She listens to your needs, provides a wonderful, personable service and is always willing to help. With reliable delivery and purchase order numbers clearly displayed on packaging and delivery notes, unlike others, this makes receipting goods easier too. Exceptionally good service, thanks Claire.
