Service is great with short SLA's, usually hear back from first contact in under 30 minutes. setting up an estate of users or even switching carriers is easy with Start comms. Technical support is also great with the exact same promptness i get from other departments, and issues are worked on right away and i am never left waiting for updates

It's now coming up to a year of my contract and I couldn't be happier with the service. They are beyond quick at responding any queries by email and whenever I have a query and want to speak to a human,I can simply call them. the last provider I dealt with you had to fill in full description on a portal and then somebody overseas would decide how important the query was and in what timeframe they wished to get back with you. Not with Start Comms, they are friendly, highly efficient and solve any issues right away. The best decision that i made was swapping over to them.

So pleased with this company, the set up help and support they have provided has been excellent.

A great response from the team - when we needed to have a new broad band line installed after our previously provided line supplied by another provider failed.
The provided back up support and communicated closely with us through out the process and installed a new line in recorded time.

Richard was a great help when we needed to switch suppliers in a short time frame. He explained the switch process clearly (more clearly that other suppliers I was also in discussions with) and the solution meets our relatively small brief exactly as we need it to.

We changed suppliers across to Smart Communications which felt like a big decision with a large account and continued service being imperative to us. There were cost savings on paper which so often don't come to fruition but that was not the case here. Everything we were promised was delivered, from a substantial cost saving and excellent customer service. Kerry and Richard came to site to ensure a smooth process and we could not be happier with the transition and the ongoing customer service from the whole team. SIMs are delivered by hand, sometimes the same day and there is always someone to help immediately if we need assistance. Thank you for saving us money and delivering quality customer service, all day, every day.

Start Communications made the switch over of all our communications so easy. We moved 19 sites over to Start and Beverley kept us informed every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for more - thankyou.

We would typically wait a little longer before providing a review, as we prefer to allow a business relationship time to develop. We recently changed our mobiles over to Start Communications. We were kept well informed throughout and the process ran very smoothly. One of the new SIM cards turned out to be faulty but Start were excellent in resolving the problem very quickly.

We can't rate Start Communications highly enough. We were having awful problems with our telecom provider and our business was being affected hugely. It is very difficult to choose a new provider when there are so many in the market. We were very lucky to meet Richard, Tom and the team. They listened to our requirements, made informed suggestions and tailored our system to suit our business.
