Don’t play on this game!!!! They never let you win even pound!!! I spent more than 500£ and still nothing cod the algorithm doesn’t accept any win!!!!! Scam!!!!!

I have two cash outs on this site, that have been pending since early June.
I have sent all relevant documentation, I have even reluctantly deposited again with the same card and was lucky enough to withdraw at a gamble… this was all successful but I’m ever so curious to why when this is the exact same card in question that I deposited with originally.
The pending withdrawals have been won fair and square, I can only assume you are holding my money back in hope I just give up, or it’s because I’m not valued as a customer but you’re happy to take my money. I think your customer service and business model is unfair and surly not legal as if I was withholding your money without justification then it would be classed as theft..
I’ve gone on to send 5 emails, I’ve also wasted my time been with live chat and been cut off endless times, I’ve tirelessly sent the same required documents! this is not how you treat people who trust your site enough to deposit in order to keep this business in business.
Regardless of how little or large my withdrawal it’s the principle that your withholding what’s rightfully mine. I didn’t want to have to write such a negative review however your continued ignorance has left me no choice

Withdrew 20 quid as i always do with a new site just to test if difficult. Steer clear.. despite being verified the money still not sent and not in account either. Customer service non existent. Lots of other good sites so leave this site be.

Tried to withdraw and haven’t had any issues before. Account already verified a while ago and now they are asking for bank statements again?!
Been 48 hours and still absolutely nothing and looking at the reviews the last few days it seems many are having the same issue.

Further EDIT to their reply- king casino have also had proof and confirmation from my bank that the payment never went in and this is King Casino error! Where has it gone to? I will be taking this further!

EDIT- it's now 01/08/2025 I still have not received my winnings. They just keep thobbing me off! I will be taking this further as it's totally unacceptable!!!

Absolute joke of a site. I withdrew £200 I won from free spins that I had built up. I could not withdraw to my card as it was a lost card nor do I use the bank account it was with anymore as it's now been closed.

I chose the wire transfer option with my revolut account for them to email me backs saying they don't wire transfer to Revolut. So how am I supposed to receive my winnings when you won't let me update a new card nor do you wire transfer to my bank?

Get the same crap from live chat, no number to call!

Absolute disgrace. After depositing using direct bank transfer, then winning a decent amount of money, my withdrawal was declined because my withdrawal method had been removed from my options. SO how do i withdraw my winnings. ??? Shambolic to say the least. Despite having live chat, i got no where with my problem. I deposited using direct bank transfer, but the option to withdraw my winnings "Direct Bank Transfer" was not in the menu. I was tolkd to withdraw to one of my 3 cards, but the cards i had registered were lost, hence the direct bank transfer method. So instead of withdrawing my money i ended up gambling it and losing it. Also was told if i closed my account down, my winnings would stay in my account.

1 star) Documents were approved after waiting since July last year. 7 days in since my cash out was approved, I still am yet to receive my pay out. The payment method is SKRILL and is usually instant up to a day, sometimes 2 but now it’s 7 days. I have got my solicitor involved and if this is not sorted very soon, it will be taken to court, and this isn’t the first casino we’ve won a long ongoing battle with court.

Why are you blanking my review? Thieves and fraudsters, haven’t paid me all the deposits the said they would after closing my account, I have now started action at a small claims court

my phone ran out of battery and I hadn't saved my user name! and for the life of me can't remember it! have used the forgotten username button numerous times and emailed, and still no response. I want to access my account as I have funds in there! it says they care! and open 24/7 clearly not! how is it so difficult and if they keep having technical issues as I have seen one the reviews maybe they should shut down and sort them first! very disappointed!

Pending Withdrawals
If you ever want to be put off by gambling then this is the site for you!! Really wish I had read the reviews on here before I deposited anything. Have nearly 1k in pending withdrawals, all relevant documents sent yet nothing. Get the feeling I’ll be chasing this for a while. Says it’s a trusted U.K. gambling site but I can’t see how if they refuse to pay out. Will keep on chasing and hopefully update this review if I ever get my money.

I can confirm this was now paid in full after contacting them again asking what the hold up is as I have uploaded all my documents payment was made pretty much instantly.

Honestly don’t use these, you get the bonus and it doesn’t even give you anything!!! I won off them and withdrew it with no problems but now I’ve won again they won’t give me my money saying there’s been a problem! It’s the exact same withdrawal method so how come all of a sudden there’s a problem it’s been over a week now and they’re still telling me to upload documents when I have done numerous times.
