Saw that Casino Kings were offering a £40 welcome bonus so I thought I'd give them a try. Website had lots of bugs and kept signing me out, making it impossible to check the T&Cs of the offer. There was also no live chat support, which added to the difficulty of understanding the offer (although you can submit a support ticket and get live chat support if you watch and wait for the ticket to be answered).
Because of this confusion I ended up depositing more than I needed to. No problem, I thought, I'll just withdraw it again. But then there's a transaction fee on the withdrawal! So I lost money for nothing. Much better to go with any of the other bookies who don't charge money for withdrawals.
Still haven't been able to get a clear answer about the T&Cs of the free bet, but from what I could work out - and from the other reviews here - it's a pretty bad deal, where you have to bet the bonus multiple times before you can actually withdraw the money. Again, there's plenty of other bookies who have fairer rules for free bets, so I think it's better to just go with one of those.

Uploaded ALL required documents for verification -
●7 days later still not approved all docs (only my ID) - been on multiple chats with vague/scripted response -
● withdrawel of £250 pending to my bank acct
● Was advised by tyler to make deposit using paypal as another payment method & then make a withdraw request with the balance back to help process things quicker
● they would change my pending withdrawel request from debit card to paypal to speed things up
● Still nothing verified
● two withdrawels now pending
● multiple chats to agents over past few days
