Thanks for your feedback John. Apologies that you have been unhappy with the outcome of your claim. Your complimentary key insurance cover as a Gold member covers you up to £1500 for lost and stolen keys. If your keys are broken, damaged or faulty, the cover limit is £50. There is no extra cost for the insurance as it's included within your membership benefits.
Service was great
Service was great. Communication on the day could have been a little better but that’s not all the teams fault.
The blade part of my key doesn’t work & as the new fob is aftermarket. Doesn’t fit smoothly into the ignition as before. But my car is operational & ultimately that is the goal

Absolutely wonderful service
Absolutely wonderful service, A delay obtaining Honda key blank (which was not Keycare’s fault). When key blank was eventually obtained (kept informed of progress by AA and Keycare) Then informative AA engineer completed the job. Many thanks to both Companies also to Tesco Insurance

We lost a car key whilst on holiday and…
We lost a car key whilst on holiday and consequently my wife and I had to share the one remaining key we had. This was quite annoying and confusing knowing who had it or where it had been put!
We were so pleased with the prompt and efficient manner in which your agent came to our house and programmed a replacement key fob. He was very pleasant very quick and did a great job for us. Everything works well our only problem was deciding who has the nice new Key Fob! I won! Ha ha!
