I've had a great experience with JWW darlington buying my property. They are professional and know what they are doing. They updated me each step and followed up with each parties. Even though it was my first experience buying a property I had worried about hardly nothing..

The Darlington office handled the sale of the property exceptionally well - dealt with scheduling and conducting all the viewings, constant communication and advice throughout. Highly recommend.

Excellent service at JW Wood Durham. Geoff came to the house and gave great advice, honest opinion and up-to-date information on current selling market conditions. This is the third time I've used JWW and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The house sold within the first week. Julie Prendergast dealt with all viewings and advertising and marketing. She kept me updated with viewings and feedback from potential buyers, and was always available at the end of the phone. Excellent communication and attention to detail with understanding what a stressful time house buying and selling can be for sellers and buyers. It's the human element to the service for which I'm writing this review, and which was very much appreciated. And in that vein I've got to commend consultant, Nicky Hall, for delivering all these qualities at Woods.

Another great marketing and sales experience from the team at JW Wood. My mother has used them over the years and they have always been excellent. They seem to have a better pool of buyers and the house was sold in a couple of weeks which was amazing.

There is a downside, we used their conveyancing services which were terrible and very stressful to deal with. They were so slow that we ended up being stung for SDLT, communication was none existent too. I had to source seperate independent additional legal advice which cost us as they were getting things wrong with one thing and another. They're not directly part of JW Wood and therefore the above is not a reflection on JW Wood whose aftersales team were as frustrated as we were. A big thank you to Kelly in JW Wood aftersales for helping us sort out the conveyancers, you were superb! Thank you.

So a massive thank you to Geoff, Sarah, Julie and team JW Wood. We're in our new property, mother is safer for it and we are very very happy because of all your help. I wouldn't use anybody else because JW Wood have always delivered a fantastic five star service.
