Great starter insurance
Moved in Yuma, Az in February and needed to insure a Honda Civic. This was the easiest I have ever insured a vehicle. The prices are based on how often you drive your car and how far. We get charged a daily rate and a per mile charge. Very happy with the service.

I’m honestly disappointed
I’m honestly disappointed. I’ve had multiple policies with Just Insure and even left an amazing review for this company in the past. So I expected that long-time support and loyalty would count for something. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
I was speaking with a supervisor named Estrella, and while I understand policies are in place for a reason, what I was asking for wasn’t unreasonable. The car in question isn’t being driven, it’s just parked in my driveway. I actually just got possession of it due to my separation, and I didn’t want it sitting there uninsured. I’ve never made any outrageous claims in the past, and my driving history has never shown high mileage. In fact, I even mentioned that I don’t come close to 50 miles a day. For all of my policies, I’ve been an ideal customer for this company.
All I was asking for was a small courtesy adjustment, something I know can be done at a supervisor’s discretion. I asked multiple times, “What can you do?” and instead of being met with humanity, I was met with robotic responses about terms and conditions. Not once did she acknowledge my question or offer to escalate it to someone with more flexibility.
To make matters worse, I explained that I’m a mom of three young kids under the age of 6, and the car’s only key was misplaced by one of them, it’s likely somewhere in the house. Still, no grace. No understanding.
It’s sad that I’m leaving this company not because of the product itself, but because the people representing it don’t seem to care about the people they’re serving. I know what good customer service looks like, I’ve worked in the field for over 15 years. This ain’t it.

Idk wtf everyone is saying they have great customer service over when. This company quoted me at 40 to 50$ a month coverage I signed up and it's not been even 2months and they have already charged me 100$ and want another 100$ it's Ludacris false advertising horrible company

Explaining my issue
I thought I was going to have a very difficult time explaining that I have new engine and the matching cluster for the new engine and having to verify mileage. But Estella Montoya helped me through this worried free. I would definitely recommend Estrella and just insurance to family and friends.
