The company tries hard to be dedicated to the job required but staff that make home visits need more training. I found that lack of communication with the office is the biggest issue for them.

Expensive. Two 10 minute visits for £300.00 to lay three bait boxes. But not surprising as they are not a local company despite a local number. The second guy had travelled 70 miles in the fog. No investigation into where and how the rats were getting in. Second guy to visit said first guy had laid an illegal bait combination, but wasn't prepared to report to the company. No follow up other than this survey.

Service was prompt and, ultimately, successful but there was a false start - the operator arrived without the necessary tools. But we were grateful for the service, although it was expensive.

The service was excellent, all the people I dealt with were friendly and very helpful. And so far it seems to have worked, more to the point.

I think my only point of contention is uncertainty about what happens after the initial treatment; I had thought that they would return to check results or get in touch, repeat it if necessary.

We had quite a problem in our house with a well-established bedbug infestation that required 5 treatments over several months to resolve. JG Pest Control staff were timely, efficient and very polite and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services. Although their work is guaranteed for 3 months, we also really appreciated the fact that they saw the job through beyond the guarantee period, in order to make sure the problem really had been resolved, and the way in which their staff adapted their treatments according to bedbug activity levels between sprays. I would have given JG Pest Control 5 stars for all of the above reasons; my only very slight issue lay in the office staff's insistence on waiting for 3 weeks after the first couple of sprays before booking a re-spray, even though the problem at that stage was very far from under control and the biting simply intensified from the end of the first week after the spray, onwards. We were told this was part of the anticipated cycle of bedbug development, but in times of high stress at home, the delay felt unnecessary and not very helpful ... Perhaps a matter of perception rather than a reality? Overall, though, we would definitely recommend and use JG Pest Control's services again (although we sincerely hope we won't have to).

I was very satisfied at the first 2 visits and the service was very professional but the Company,without advising me, changed the Technician for the 3rd visit when I had explicitly requested the same technician for the 3rd visit as the other 2 as I wanted continuity.
The technician for the 3rd visit was still professional but did not have the detailed background as to what had been discussed before on the other 2 visits.It left me being a little dissatisfied.

I was very happy with the two gentleman that came to fix the net. They were very professional and they cleaned up after they had finish. Net was very securely done.

Had to have many visits, each time i was told a different story.

Eventually the last chap found the run within 5 mins and the issue seems to be resolved.
