Bed bugs are a nightmare
I think in the end they had to come 3 times to get rid of the bed bugs but they did so with good grace. The operatives were knowledgeable and competent. I think/hope we have now got rid of the problem.

I was informed by the men who attended my property that I had a rat (I know) I was told that it was probably getting into my property via gaps in my eaves/roofing (I know). I was left with 3 boxes of rat bait.
The man I had to employ and pay to actually get up on the roof and resolve the issue got rid of my rat problem.
If you want a company to charge you £300 to hand deliver rat bait then go ahead - but I could have sourced the bait myself a lot cheaper.
One unhappy and out of pocket customer. Would like a refund please

engineer turned up not knowing what rodent problem we had, no one at his office told him? when I told him moles he looked in his van and said I only have 4 mole traps on board, my field had 25+ mole heaps to sort out.

polite informative staff on the phone, fast appointment, took time to check the home and area thoroughly - could have been rats or squirrel in the loft - second visit confirmed correct treatment (rat) and monitored situation, third visit confirmed the treatment had worked. confirmed we have free call back over the next 3 months - just in case.... definitely recommend calling these guys rather than council. they may cost a little more, but are well worth it to get the job done properly!!!!!

Waste of time and money
Waste of time and money. I had 5 or 6 visits. That had done nothing constructive to other kill or catch the rat. Still can hear it inside the wall.

Rats sorted
Very prompt response to a rat infestation not only in my garden but also in my house. The staff on the telephones could not have been more helpful (and understanding). The technicians were VERY proficient; they knew exactly what to do, what to look for and how to solve the problems. The treatments were not expensive given the area that had to be covered and the amount of time the technicians were on site. I recommend this company, without any hesitation or reservation, to anyone with a pest problem.
