I found the service very professional and had a very satisfactory outcome of ridding my home of ladybird infestation.

I did have good service and the rat died, somewhere! However I was promised external check and this did not happen until I insisted. Needed better communication between operatives and office staff. I am still waiting on a visit to clear equipment away,
The operatives were friendly and generally knew the job and pest control. The pests went so it was worth the money

A job well done, no longer have "visitors"!!!!! Only complaint I have, is that I arranged a FINAL visit to clear up, it was week before xmas, waited all afternoon, nobody turned up!!!!

Fantastic company. Came at two hours notice when we were worried to let the children in the garden. Put down bait traps that appear to have been effective and we are now able to let the kids outside to play. The people who came were very professional, clearly knew what they were doing and sorted the issue out.

The mouse are gone

It took almost 3 months (5 visits) to finally accomplish this task. I get different info during the process. I was told at first the price I paid (300+) includes everything, then I was told I need to pay extra for replacing my brick, then I was recommended not to replace the brick but to put a net in front of the broken one... your get the picture. There are some confusion during the process, but they get the job done.

I was given no site assessment. Given there is decking and a compost heap, the advice might have been that rats could not be eradicated at this site. No advice was given on any necessary environmental changes. Rodenticide to which local rats are resistant was used at first. Treatment was started in January and we still have rats in April. The cost for the completely failed treatment was about twice the cost of all competitors except Rentokil. I was over-charged £4, subsequently repaid. Thus no competence was apparent in any action taken by the company and I've spent nearly £400 for nothing.

This company came to deal with an infestation of squirrels in our loft. They were professional and efficient, it was easy to book the agreed follow-up appointments and for times that suited me.

Great people just doing their jobs right, from the initial phone call to the outstanding service. I highly recommend them for any of your pest problems. Quality service for great prices so I had to give them a 5out of 5 stars.

I called JG and they came out the next day and treated my bedbug problem straight away. They were all very professional, polite & friendly. The bugs have not returned and the guys left the house neat & tidy even though there was a lot of furniture to move about. Very reliable and the treatment did exactly what they said it would do. Brilliant

Great service, the team did all they could to resole the issue, unfortunately for me the issue is caused outside of my house and control (bad neighbours).

After years of having very dissatisfied experiences with my housing association pest control I finally decided to go private and look about. I made a few phone calls and JG pest control we're the most personably and understand on the telephone and reassuring that the problem would be sorted. I had 4 visits altogether and my mouse problems have gone away. They filled holes I hadn't already found and laid 3 different types of bait and traps and continued to make regular visits to check on progress. Emailed reports came the same day and the operatives were all pleasant and helpful.

Excellent service. Emergency call out due to infestation of bed bugs, they were quick and very accommodating of my unusual shift pattern, coming at a time where I was actually in. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Most importantly, they successfully got rid of the problem on the first call out!

It is never a nice thing to have rodents inside a building open to the public. It is concerning and embarrassing. JG Pest Control was excellent. They gave us good reassuring advice and visited getting rid of the problem and doing follow-up work.

A little bit too expensive we felt but at least the cost was clear from the start.
