JG are seriously customer friendly. Our flying beasties were dealt with promptly. We had an early date for a visit and when the technician came he went straight to work. Should that (or any other pest related problem) return, we know that JG will be there promptly to deal with it. Good people to know!

Operatives arrived on time and completed treatments with minimum disruption although some were more thorough than others. However 5 months on, 3 heat treatments and 7 chemical sprays later, while there has been an improvement, the bed bugs have not completely gone. This is despite disposing of beds, ripping out carpets and bagging up clothes. Mathew Fenwick has been very helpful but we now wonder if these treatments ever work and don't know what to do next.

Heat treatment followed by chemical spray two weeks later. Bugs are gone!

Came out same day, very friendly guy who explained everything , identified the bees and killed the nest.

The specialists who actually came to visit were polite, but that is only thing that worked during the whole experience.
For the third visit we had three no shows or rescheduling. The excuses were 'the appointment not noted in the system', 'we had you scheduled for afternoon, not morning appointment' and last minute of changing the appointment. I had to take off from work 3 times for the visit to happen.
We got quoted a price for a hatch (£99), and then got charged double for it. When we spoke to the office we were promised that something would be done about the price, and we just needed to write an email to office manager. When we wrote we got a short mail telling that it was the correct price according to their list, and not even trying to understand that they had quoted us something else.
We later found out that it would have been prudent of the company to use a different poison that was more specific to what we needed.
So for spending around £600, we would definitely not recommend this company to someone else.

Just before Christmas 2016 I heard something moving about in my loft, I was worried it might be a rat so immediately looked for a pest control expert in my area. JG Pest Control were local and on contacting them were able to get someone to call the next day (Sun). They put down bait and told me it was more than likely to be a squirrel rather than a rat having looked at the droppings. I was to them call back after the Christmas/New Year break and hopefully the squirrel would have taken the bait. Unfortunately it didn't so in early Jan another call out but this time the possible entrances were investigated and blocked and more bait was laid. Following this I didn't hear any further noises, however a follow up call from the company advised that a trap would also be laid in about 7 days. On this 3rd visit the nest was found in the cavity wall insulation, but no squirrel, however lots of the bait has been taken and I was reassured this would have killed the squirrel but for extra measures traps were laid along the route of the droppings. Finally about another week later the traps were removed. It's not a pleasant thing to go through, but I'm pleased that the company were very professional and understanding and would recommend them if needed.

My Wasp nest issues were dealt with on time and efficiently. In fact I was surprised at how quick the process was. I am a happy customer!

I emailed J G Pest Control on a Sunday morning & received an excellent same day phone call with a quotation which I felt was reasonable & a good indication of when I could expect a visit. I received a visit the day after booking the job. The men were friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgable & very thorough. Booking an unknown firm found on the internet is a risk so I am more than happy to recommend J G Pest Control from my experience in the Worcestershire region.

i called jg pest control when i had a prob wit mice.they responded quickly and the guy who came out was very helpful checked every were that they could be getting in,blocked up any were that needed and set bait traps just in case as of to date no sign of any mice many thanks

Prompt appointment made with charming call handlers. Technician arrived promptly and was efficient in executing the extermination of fleas. In total I had 2 different technicians arrive for the 3 sessions - the younger model gave some incorrect information but the experienced older technician was very informative. Sadly I will need them back again and will need to consider a different treatment -they are NOT the inexpensive option. I did ask for a woodworm treatment estimate but never heard back from them.
