Cannot recommend enough!
Where do I start...I can't recommend Jeff enough.
My dental practice flooded very badly and was completely ruined, when we contacted our insurance to help us out I discovered from day 1 I won't have the help and support I needed to rebuild and reopen again.
Jeff was recommended by a colleague and I was so pleasantly surprised, from the first moment we spoke he put me at ease, guided me through what needed to happen and the journey started. Any time of day or night he is just a phone call away, any email or document sent is responded to within seconds, I can't believe such service is even possible!
My claim is still going on but he is always there, daily contact, daily updates and even secured an interim payment from the insurance to help me keep up with my bills.
He looks into every single minor detail of which most I never knew even possible and finds a solution for it.
If you ever have an insurance claim, getting an amazing loss assessor to defend you is worth every penny.

Firstly, thank you so much for your very kind review and certainly we must’ve done something right because I note that you’ve been kind enough to review us on another platform as well. While your review centred on me in particular, I think it very important to add that , in your case, I’m just the “front man” and much of the hard work is done in the background by our team. You have been treated abysmally by your insurers and, as you know, we got the first loss adjuster acting for your insurers thrown off the claim because, in no uncertain terms, he was a buffoon. The latest adjuster is far more “down to earth“ but, as you know, even he is trying his hardest to knock your claim down. They won’t get away with it and under no circumstances will we let you be treated as a doormat by your insurers. All will be well but we understand the stress you are currently under which you certainly don’t need to be made any worse by the insurance companies representative.

I’m an architect and thought I knew all there was to know about subsidence in regard to insurance claims. The loss adjusters were making it very difficult to keep my normal calm self. I saw the reviews of this company and contacted them. They were a wealth of information and I expect that the claim will be settled quickly. Strongly recommended.

Hard to recommend them as I contacted…
Hard to recommend them as I contacted them with an RSA claim after the December 2022 cold snap, which had been valued at around £15k, but was told that the work was too small for them and the chap who spoke to me gave the example of one local authority related case they were dealing with in London which was in the millions. Difficult to feel anything other than somewhat belittled when met with a response like that.

It was obvious to us that your recollection did not reflect the reality of the conversation Trustpilot kindly allowed us to contact you. You gave us your phone number so we could check our call recordings. You phoned us telephone us on a non-working day, 29th December 2022, but we answered your call on our emergency line. We have forwarded you the recording between you and our Jeremy Rollinson. The call lasted 26:38 and the nature of that call could not have been more cordial on both sides. Jeremy gave you advice on your claim and, as you will have heard, you thanked him "...sincerely for your time and I wish you a Happy New Year". Subsidence advice
We contacted Salmon Assessors regarding an ongoing subsidence claim and spoke with Jeff, whose no nonsense and considered approach was both refreshing and positive. A relief call to the rescue
I received a phonecall today from Salmon Assessors and I was so relieved to speak to them. They were very understanding but also so honest. Well… that’s what we do best, and we don’t stop until we “squeeze the lemon dry”. When insurance companies think they can walk over their policyholders after they’ve been paid a high premium to get compensated, regretfully for them, they’re playing games with the wrong loss assessors! Amazing service
We used salmon assessors for our dental practice flood.
As expected our insurer was extremely sluggish in trying to firstly admit liability and were very resistant in paying our our claims even after accepting liability.
Salmon assesors were fantastic and couldn't recommend them enough. We did not have to do anything apart from acknowledging a few emails and left them to do a very professional job.
I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate in using them again
