Used ChatGPT to find a Loss Assessor and it gave us two options. Needless to say our first choice turned out to be the best one. Once explained Salmon Assessors got straight to work, they made it so simple by just getting straight to the problem and at this stage we do not have to think about costs. I highly recommend Salmon Assessors. I spoke to them after five years of grappling with a subsidence claim that was still not resolved but included two engineers’ reports, two official complaints and a Financial Ombudsman case. It is not a hugely expensive case but it is structural. was articulate and instilled confidence and relief in me. My advisor clearly understood the situation. His advice was exceptional: detailed, accurate and highly professional. He gave me the guidance and determination not to accept a technically inadequate solution to our claim.

our first building insurance claim (flooded basement) in over 40 years was somewhat daunting and frustrating dealing directly with the insurers and their agents. So we decided to appoint an assessor to act on our behalf and an internet search resulted in us appointing Salmon Assessors.
