We chose Ruth to sell our home in Ackworth, with absolutely no regrets. Brilliant communication at all times, after less than 2 months on the market we’ve sold for asking price. I’ve never felt any question or anxiety was a problem ever! we also had the pleasure of dealing with a colleague John. Who stood in for a viewing, again perfect communication throughout and that viewing ended with a sale. Great service can’t be happier.

We have sold our home twice now through Ruth Pitts estate agents and on both occasions Ruth and her staff have been amazing, they work so hard and are available 7 days a week if you have any problem. Ruth is a very professional estate agent who goes above and beyond to ensure a sale for your property. I’d been recommended by family and friends and they weren’t wrong with the suggestion. She put my house on the market and a week later it had already been sold. I don’t think this could have happened without Ruth’s experience but also with the contacts she has grown.
