Amazing! Insinkerator customers for life!

Absolutely superb service from both Insinkerator and JK Electrics who handled the warranty replacement. One phone call, engineer to the house the following week, unit swapped out under warranty. Every single interaction was straightforward and friendly - just as it should be. We'll be insinkerator customers for life after this experience. Great job.

Amazing customer service

I spoke to a lady called Gelly yesterday and she was super helpful and stayed on the line while I checked an e-mail she had sent. I ordered a part on the same day and it arrived the day after which was amazing at it is large item. Would highly recommend Insinkerator.

Filter - great, company - useless

The filter is great, but the company is utterly incompetent.
I placed the order 8th October and didn't get the filter until 28th October. The only reason I got it then was because I chased them to ask where it was.
The first time I was told the order hadn't been placed because I hadn't completed it online or some rubbish to that effect. My account showed it had been shipped so that wasn't right. I then spoke to another team who said there had been an issue but it would be sent out and with me 'by Monday'. When it didn't arrive I emailed to be told it was out for delivery that day (Tuesday) but it showed I had not made payment - the 2nd time I was accused of not paying and the 2nd time I sent over the screenshot from my bank confirming payment was taken 8/10 when I ordered. To this I received no reply, no apology. The company is beyond incompetent, I will not be ordering anything again - we're changing the hot water tap system instead.

Very helpful

Our hot water tap tank gave up after over 10 years . Customer services were very helpful and directed us to buy a new tank at a discount. It arrived two working days later.

Brilliant Customer Service by Billy

I called The customer service department and spoke to Billy who was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to help me with our steaming hot water tank, that we have in our new home. We were left no instructions by the previous owner and didn't know how to use it. Billy has sent me the user manual and explained how it all works. Thank you! Linda

I had a problem with my tank - sorted promptly

I had a problem with my tank. I phoned the helpline and quickly got someone who could help. It turned out my unit was still within warranty so the person on the phone - Adrian - told me he would ship a replacement unit. We were due to be on holiday when the unit was due to arrive so Adrian gave me the case number so I could arrange delivery when I had returned home. It arrived and worked perfectly.

Excellent Service

I had an issue with an Instant Water tap that was outside warranty but had started to leak.
The operator I spoke to offered advice over the phone and has sent a replacement part free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.
Excellent service.

I called up InsinkErator customer…

I called up InsinkErator customer service to request support for a heat tank that was tripping our home RCD circuit, the product was only 18 months old and I was informed the warranty period was only 12 months on the particular product. However as a good will gesture they offered to send me out a replacement unit, and gave advise and offered a discount on a filter I should use in the future. I am happy the company took responsibility for their product failing. It's rare to find this in these times. I do hope durability and product life length is high on InSinkErators agenda.
