Positive will to help
First impression was superb, "don't worry we can work through this for you". Complex issue becuase I was outside 5 year warranty but tap had been replaced already. The lady explained the secomd tap was therefore still covered and helpfully referred me onto a trader who fixed the system for me.
Although I had to have the heater replaced on my dime, I was still very satisfied

Bit unsure to start with but 10/10 to finish!
I was a bit unsure when I phoned up as some helplines can be unhelpful but the young lady at InSinkErator was very helpful and quickly put me at ease. Answered my questions and stayed with me while I looked at the YouTube instructions. I couldn't have asked for more. Certainly 10/10.

Fabulous Aftercare / Customer Service
Have had my insinkerator for almost 10yrs and first problem I’ve had. Gelly was wonderful when I called up. Extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and even sent me a “how to do” DIY video to fix the problem myself.

Very clearly spoken and understood my…
Very clearly spoken and understood my issue. Was going to order replacement tank (after 7 years)for my boiling water tap but found it was a plastic pipe fitting that had broken. I was offered a free replacement fitting and blue pipe as a gesture of goodwill.
Hopefully this will solve the issue.
Customer service and support was excellent.

Convenient, but still have defects
I bought the insinkerator 4-in-1 tap and it has been installed and used for a year. Generally it is fine and functions properly. However, it has been repaired twice during the year. Once was for the tap and once for the filter carriage. Since it was still under warranty so I was not charged for the repair.
The tap sometimes drips, several times
each hour actually. I told the technician
who came to repair, but he told me he
did not know why. The dripping problem
is not yet solved.
Having a boiling tap is very convenient and very useful. I am not sure if insinkerator boiling tap is the best choice in terms of quality. But it comes with a reasonable price. And the customer service is good and responsive.

Just great customer service
I was going to buy a new one as mine had broken (8 years old), I was asking for a suitable model, the Lady first asked about the issue I explained what the issue was and all the things I had tried to get it working again. She then suggested I try the reset button which I had forgotten about. This worked, no sale for them yet but they have guaranteed I will use them when it does need replacement. Excellent service on web chat.
