Instant replacement!

We absolutely love our waste disposal, so were saddened when it stopped working after nearly 4 years. We were very pleasantly surprised to find out it had an 8 year warranty, and even more surprised to get an immediate brand new replacement when it could not be fixed! :-)

Great service and good quality

Staff were extremely helpful and efficient. New Hot Tap system was ordered and delivered within the 2 days, as promised. All packing was eco friendly - re-constituted cardboard, brilliant!! Just as packaging used to be before plastic took over. Thanks

A very good experience with the advisor…

A very good experience with the advisor who was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Water from the kitchen sink wasn’t being taken away and quite expected to have to pay for a call-out but she explained quickly and clearly practical suggestions of what to try ourselves first, which cured the problem immediately.
Very pleased.

Excellent dealing with a fault

I had my first Insinkerator in 2020 - it totally exploded when I tried to change the filter in 2023 (just as warranty expired) so I replaced the entire unit at high cost. Today, I went to change the unit and the casing cracked I have only used genuine filters (which are expensive). As mentioned earlier, the filters aren’t cheap, I replace as advised every six months or sooner if needed, we live in a hard water area so this might be something to do with it. The helpline was helpful, but tap still not working.
***Since writing this review Insinkerator have been in touch- the faulty part has been replaced for free, although I haven't managed to fix it yet-(I will get someone to do it for me), I am impressed with how insinkerator have dealt with my complaint and my hottap will be up and running very soon. Looking forward to my instant hot water! Really missing it. Thank you insinkerator-such an improvement since my last experience.

Not impressed

Not impressed. I attempted to purchase filters for my hot water tank. The website refused to accept any credit or debit cards for payment on no less than three separate attempts. I have placed a call for someone to ring me to complete the purchase, but two hours later, still no returned call.

Problem with fitting new filter

I contacted Insinkerator this morning regarding a problem regarding fitting a new filter.The representative I spoke to listened to my problem in a polite professional manner and suggested a probable solution to try and rectify the problem by sending the a replacement filter to try.
