I’ve been donating every month willingly — not because anyone forced me, but because I believe in helping where I can. But now, your actions have seriously crossed the line. Instead of appreciating a genuine donor, you’re trying to manipulate me into enabling autopay as if I don’t understand the difference between a one-time payment and a recurring one.
Let me make something clear — I’m not stupid.
This isn't the first time you’ve done this either. Previously, you deducted money from my account using autopay without informing me. No confirmation, no notice — nothing. You just silently took the money, like it was your right. I only realized it after checking my account. And now, you’ve got the audacity to push me again, forcing autopay like I’ve forgotten what happened last time?
To top it off, you say things like “your donation won’t reach the recipient unless you enable auto-pay.” Seriously? That’s emotional blackmail. It’s disgusting. Is this how you treat people who donate out of goodwill? You’re not asking — you’re guilt-tripping, tricking, and forcing. That’s not charity. That’s manipulation.
Donors aren’t your personal money machines. We donate because we care, not because we’re too dumb to notice your shady tactics. You’ve turned what should be a respectful, transparent process into a complete mess.
Next time, try respecting the people who actually support you. Be honest, be clear, and stop pushing things people don’t want. Because believe me — once people feel cheated or disrespected, they don’t come back.
Kindness should never be taken for granted. And definitely not for a ride.
I wish there was an option to attach a screenshot here, because then I could show exactly how your so-called “agent” forced me into resuming a payment I didn’t even want to make.
And what nonsense are you talking about OTPs? When money is deducted via autopay, there is no OTP involved—so don’t try to mislead people. Your interface is confusing, and instead of helping new users, you immediately push them into an autopay trap without any clear warnings.
I didn’t even get a simple notification that money would be deducted the next day. If I had known, I could have cancelled it. But of course, that’s the whole point, right? You just quietly deduct the payment without notice, and then act innocent.
I’ve held off from donating for a month, and suddenly money is pulled from my account without clear consent or a heads-up. This is unacceptable, unethical, and feels like a scam.
Fix your process. Make things transparent. Don’t force people into subscriptions or payments without their informed consent.

I really wish I didn't use their platform in 2020. Still getting cold calls and asking for donations. Requested to delete the account and any contact details.

I have donated several times to specific profiles needing help through Impact guru fund raising plat form. I always wonder what happens to the money collected? Has the profiles health issue has been resolved? Has he got any money at all from Impact Guru and if he got how much it was? What % of money given to him? Impact guru stops at collecting money through aggressive marketing but dont provide any update? It is a total black box! I understand they have 750 employees? Why so many employees? Is their objective is to help people or to get more money?
Crowd funding plat forms should periodically communicate to its donars on how many people they have helped? I have a feeling, in the absence any transperent data, Impact guru must be swallowing most of the donations for paying salary of 750 people and for its Directors well being!!!!

Impact Guru is a scam. I paid for one baby, and they kept charging me even after the baby was covered. A person pushed me to donate an extra $50, promising to cancel monthly charges, but they never did.
For three months, Impact Guru has been stealing money from my account. I've emailed and called to cancel, but no one responded. One lady messaged me then disappeared.
Their website is also a fraud—no way to cancel subscriptions. I'm now reporting all charges as fraud. Stay away from Impact Guru; they are thieves.

Impact Guru is fake. Do not initiate any campaign with them. They will support you initially to raise the fund and when you would like to withdraw there will be zero support. All the money will be gone.

Have seen first hand how my relative benefitted by raising funds with impactguru. Highly trustworthy.

I wish there was a review lower than 0. This is one of the biggest organized scams. I signed up for a fundraiser for my uncle. I was in association with this company for 3 days and could collect 77k. They were of no help. All they wanted was our contact list. Every day they would call us and ask us to give contact nos. that they could approach.
My uncle passed away, and they saw a great opportunity, asked me to consent to give away a lumpsum amount of 28k, when me and my family were already in emotional stress and shock from this heavy loss. When I asked for some time, they kept bombarding me with calls saying consent to giving away the money, because you won't get any of it. Cutting almost 3% of the taxes from the main amount. ALWAYS bombarding with send us receipts, send us this, send us that document. BUT were never hands on when we actually needed help.
They are inhuman, insensitive and pathetic people. Please try to do a fund raiser with your own personal account and contacts. Don't involve such money leeching - two faced "organisations".

I had a very disappointing experience with Impact Guru while dealing with financial issues during my hospitalization at Jain Hospital. Despite providing them with all necessary documents, including bills and discharge summaries, they repeatedly lost documents and continued to demand them, causing unnecessary stress. Additionally, one of their employees behaved inappropriately towards my sister, which was deeply uncomfortable. Overall, their lack of organization and unprofessional behavior made a difficult time even harder. I would not recommend their services.

It was very helpful when my child was hospitalized due to preterm complications.. The crowdfunding app was useful until my baby got discharged but after that when I requested for remaining amount transfer to my personal account, the company had lot of terms and conditions like requesting for the documents which was not available and dragging to trader the amount... But Mr. Nabeel Ahmed J was so supportive and helpful until the complete process since day 1.. Thank you so much for your support Nabeel, without your support nothing would have possible... Very grateful for this
