I reached out to Give.Asia for support on a legitimate and urgent fundraiser to help a grieving mother cover medical and funeral expenses after losing her child. Unfortunately, my experience with their representative, Ermelly, was deeply disappointing.

Despite multiple attempts to seek clarity on why the fundraiser did not meet their guidelines, I received vague and dismissive responses with no concrete reasons. I even offered to provide documentation to support the case, yet my concerns were brushed aside without any real engagement.

For a platform that claims to support those in need, I expected more transparency, empathy, and professionalism. Instead, I was met with indifference. If you’re looking for a crowdfunding platform that genuinely cares, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I like helping people. I have donated to different causes. I'm asian, I wanted to try this site to help other asians too. I donated two times in September. I donated 11$ both times. I was charged 83$ both times. I wrote them asking for an explanation. They told me that was the amount I chose. This is a scam, they will make you believe that you are donating an amount, and take more than that. I couldn't get my money back.
