I have been a regular donor on Impact Guru and it gives me immense happiness to see the Impact that our donations make towards patients’ treatments

ImpactGuru really came through when my friend's dad needed urgent treatment. The support was amazing and the team was helpful too! They helped raise the funds in time.

Honest and Experienced Review – My 15 Days at Impact Guru
I worked at Impact Guru for 15 days, and it was one of the worst professional experiences I've ever had. The work environment is extremely unprofessional – there’s no positive work culture or vibe. Many employees come to work wearing slippers or chappals, and even senior management lacks basic professionalism. Shockingly, many of them struggle to communicate in English.
Now, let me share some insights about their donation practices. I sincerely urge you – please think twice before donating through Impact Guru. Based on what I witnessed, they operate in a highly unethical manner. If you donate Rs. 1,000, only around Rs. 50 actually goes to the patient. The remaining Rs. 950 is kept by the company.
I saw firsthand how they emotionally manipulate donors with false stories and fake commitments. It's heartbreaking. The positive reviews you might see online are mostly paid promotions – don’t fall for them. Check their Trustpilot page for real feedback.
To Mr. Piyush Jain – you are misleading people and taking advantage of their kindness. You may escape accountability for now, but the truth always catches up.
Please, everyone – donate wisely and avoid falling for scams like this.
its a call center just to monthly charge innocent people from rs 100 to many more. i had 3 accounts on impact guru from which i was donating money. due to some issue i stopped other two account donation. then after some time they started calling me as hell like a sales team. i was getting call everyday just for rs 100 donation they call and try to convince me to start back. even after making them understand whole situation they still ask for a one time donation of rs 100 like Beggers which also by saying emotional things. &&&&&& also one them will call you after your 1-2 month donation to give a health insurance which you should never buy.... the person calling you first will ask for 2000 rs insurance and then the other person on next call next day will try to convince you to buy a 7500 insurance for 2 person from medibuddy and manipal cigna collab. they will lure you to fake benifits medibuddy which is a useless platform. the 7400 amount that they give you in medibudy wallet is useless. because there hospitals very limited even in city like mumbai they only have two hospital if you want to have a 250rs xray. and the medicines they show you in their app are half of them are out of stock and for remaining you have to pay from your bank. so by this technically you cant use that 7400 amt balance anywhere. these people are scamming call center bullshit
Work platform to raise fund. They are doing scam in the name of fundraising. Firstly they will say that they are going to show the fundraising article on their website and Instagram page and once you sign up for it they will start saying that you first connect with your friends and relatives and get 50% amount out of the total amount required and then we will display your fundraising article on our page. If a person could do that why would anyone do crowdfunding at the first place and extreme happens when they are not responsive and unreachable if any fund is raised and you want to withdraw it.
Dear ImpactGuru Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to urgently address the ongoing issues regarding the funds for the medical fundraising campaign associated with Kavita B Popat. Despite multiple requests, I have received inconsistent payment bifurcations in every email, with different calculations each time, which has created significant confusion and uncertainty about the status of the funds.
As per your guidelines, funds should be processed within 2-3 working days for Indian donations and 3-5 working days for foreign donations after the fund withdrawal request is approved.
However, it has now been over two years without resolution, and despite 60+ emails sent, I have not received any clear or consistent updates on the status of the transfer.
Several months ago, I was informed that the delay in transferring the funds was due to the fact that someone restarted the campaign without my consent.
This has added another layer of complication and frustration, as this unauthorized action has been cited as a reason for not transferring the lakhs of funds that I have gathered through my personal marketing efforts and with the help of my relatives.
On top of this, Kavita B Popat has been diagnosed with a brain tumor again.
This new diagnosis has caused immense emotional and physical strain, and the delays in receiving the necessary funds for treatment are making an already difficult situation even worse. The lack of communication, constant confusion, and financial uncertainty are causing undue distress at a time when I need support the most.
I must stress that if this situation is not addressed immediately, I will have no choice but to take legal action for harassment, misappropriation of funds, and breach of trust.
The ongoing delays, lack of communication, and unauthorized campaign changes are unacceptable and have caused significant harm.
I urgently request clarification on the following:
Why has there been a delay of over two years in processing the fund transfer, despite the withdrawal request being approved?
Why have I received different calculations for the payment bifurcation in each email?
What actions are being taken to process the fund transfer, and when will the funds be transferred to the appropriate account for treatment?
Why was the campaign restarted without my consent, and how has this affected the transfer of funds that I worked hard to raise?
Given the urgency of Kavita B Popat’s health condition and the prolonged nature of this issue, I expect a prompt and definitive response. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate the matter legally.
Thank you for your immediate attention to this urgent matter.
Best regards,
Kavita B Popat
Do not lie by giving ur reply. Till date I have not received satisfactory reply from you team . Just harassment from your team. Do not trust them.

Total fraud and scamsters. First they lost track of funds deposited to the patient's account. Then, the real scam happens. Total funds raised 7.26 lacs. Funds actually handed over to the patient, just 1.06 lacs. Ate everything else in the name of fees. I am not sure how they are still doing their fraud business inspite of so many people leaving 1 star reviews....
Impact Guru is a fraud site , they are only here to scam people on the sake of innocent & sick people.
Don't pay any money to them i raised 4 lakh for some one to help out & these scamers did't pay anything to the patient.
If anyone want to help someone, so do it directly to that person in need don't waste your time & money to help someone through impact guru , they are running a scam & nothing else.
They are basically cheaters or you can say beggars. I started a fundraiser there and from my experience i strongly recommend everyone to avoid them. If you have anything to donate look around yourself, there are needy around you. Imapctguru is a modern form of begging or we can say a digital begging.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM FOR YOUR DONATION!!!!!!! THEY USE PEOPLE

The worst platform for crowd funding. Misleading the people in the name of crowdfunding. They only force you to collect funds from your friends and family to recover their commissions.
I made a donation through Impact Guru a few years ago, and ever since last year, I’ve been receiving frequent calls from them asking for more contributions. Despite requesting that my number be removed from their database, I continue to get these calls. While they claim to be coming from India, the calls are actually from US numbers.
I understand the importance of supporting causes, but I want to make it clear that once you donate through them, you may start receiving these frustrating calls. Please understand that people like us contribute with the intention of helping those in need, and we expect that our efforts aren’t exploited for business purposes. Impact Guru, I urge you to reconsider these tactics. We support causes because we care, not because we want to be harassed.
Please, do better.

I have very bad experience they cheated me with 5 lakh rupees and they are calling again and again for donation. All advertisement are fake and please be aware of this scam.
Impact Guru tries to encash on people's emotions. I started paying them $100 every mnth as a direct debit but their sales team would still call me to pay over and above it. Forcing me to pay for their newer projects, , raise my per month contribution. Fed of this I asked them the procedure stop the monthly payments; their response - please pay for this pateint before you stop!!! that gave me a clear signal, they are SPAM and FRAUDs nit serving any needy but filling their own pockets. I blocked their direct debit, but still keep calling me... I stopped taking their calls, use smart identifier on my phone and avoid their calls altoghter.
But must say its beacause of FRAUDSTERS like these, teh genuine and needy people suffer
I had the worst experience with Impact Guru. They market themselves as a crowdfunding platform to help people in need, but in reality, they seem more focused on filling their own pockets. Despite their claims of promoting fundraisers, not a single rupee was contributed from their so-called "promotion"—all the funds came from my close friends and family.
To make things worse, they kept calling relentlessly, even during a personal emergency, adding unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. But the biggest shock came when they deducted a massive platform fee from the funds we had raised ourselves.
It feels like they are running a business disguised as a charity platform, preying on people in vulnerable situations. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for genuine support. Be cautious before using their services!
They are basically fraud company. They don't circulate or promote any fundraiser. Rather they force patients to collect funds in impact guru account. And after raising a fund they don't provide you the money and close the fundraiser. If you want to help someone then help him or her directly to patients account. Otherwise your money will be in drain. And they literally harass patients by calling several times a day for collecting funds.
Even after sending mailer to close my account and being asked to remove my number from database, I am continuously getting calls which are sometimes disturbing and harassing. I have removed my account from their app as well. But they have no sense and continuously calling me. Their callers sometimes speak in a threatening and ridiculing tone over the phone. They tell that in a month they will make only one call but I have got more than one call this month itself. I think this organisation is a fake and scam organisation.
