I’ve used Homestars several times and each time received very fast responses from multiple contractors and each time have been really pleased with the ones we selected.

I cannot express how thankful I am for choosing Green Warriors to lay my new sod. My backyard has been transformed into a totally different yard. From the beginning to end Stan and all his workers were so professional and very polite people to deal with. I would recommend them to everyone that needs work done. All at a very reasonable price. Terry Lyons came over to finalize the measurements and explained how things will go when the team to install the windows and patio door would be here. Terry was so nice and he had all the answers to all our questions. I would not have asked for a better person to explain. We felt like we knew him for many years. The process was simple, this is my 2nd time using this service.

I am an active, paying HomeStars pro member who spends hundreds of dollars every single month on this platform for leads. Unfortunately, the customer service and sales tactics have become completely unacceptable.
For weeks now, I have been getting harassed 1–2 times a week by a representative named Silvia. She is incredibly pushy, completely refuses to listen, and lacks basic customer service etiquette. I have explicitly stated multiple times that I am not interested in the advertising upgrades she is trying to force on me, yet the calls do not stop.

It is extremely disrespectful to treat loyal, paying businesses this way. If you want to retain your professionals, you need to train your staff to listen to boundaries. I expect someone from management to contact me and ensure that Silvia stops calling my business immediately.

I would use this company again! I made inquiry on HomeStars and was quickly contacted by The Relocation Engineers. They gave me a very competitive quote and Collin so nice to talk to! Everything was booked with ease and confirmed the day before. Day of the move I was notified by text they were on the way and showed up on time and ready to go! I could not be happier with the 2 men that moved my fragile, large items with care (glass dining table and chairs, recliner, TV, old hope chest box etc). They brought everything into my new home and set it all up! They were careful and professional ! From start to finish this company really exceeded all my expectations.

The duties were completed on time with complete accuracy. My lawn looks great .

Then check reviews and choose a trade.
So far, all trades were very good and provided a quick solutions.

Using Homestars is the most efficient way to get a great job done quickly and efficiently! When we discovered an eavesdrop problem, I logged onto Homestars and uploaded the short description and photo of the problem. Within 24 hours, I had two pros that I could choose from. Won came and fix the problem that day, and I am happy to write a review with five stars for his service! Using Homestars saves me hours of trying to look for a local pro. It is great to be able to read other people’s reviews online, and be matched with a local pro for the job!

I think you need to vet your companies better. Ive never seen a company that was more unprofessional than the one that worked at my home. I do not want to rate them for fear of retribution. Their workmanship was terrible, not to mention their attitude

Two day response time from initial contact to completion of work. Excellent results, heavily soiled and stained carpeted stairs and floors came out clean like new.

Everyone from the sales rep to the worker were on time (or early). The work was explained in detail by the rep. The workers answered all questions. The work was done on time and the whole area was returned to the same shape it was in, before the waterproofing was started.
