Went there hoping to have fun, apparently my cart was not charged. Died after 20s of driving, whole replacement process took so long as the whole ride. At the end I was offered a drink as a compensation xD when I asked to just get another ticket so I can enjoy my ride I was sent away to write official complaint. Now its over a month and 3 calls to snowworld about it, whole service there is a disaster. If anything goes wrong you cant get money back, or even voucher for a ride. Better avoid this shithole

Everyone enjoyed it. It was one of memorable event well organized.

We booked a program which consisted in 2 groups:
1. Drift Exclusief. (max 12 people)
2. Group of 10 drivers. (nonexclusive)

In our Drift Exclusief, although it was a exclusive group; skidome added 2 external people to our group.

2nd complain is about the allowed number of drivers to both group. We made reservations for a group of 22 people; however we ended up with a group of 20 drivers which skidome divided into:
1. 10 drivers to Drift Exclusief
2. 10 drivers for nonexclusive

But, the irritating part, is that we were NOT permitted to add our own people to fill in the 2 remaining empty seats on the “Drift exclusief”, which we already paid for anyways!
Instead, we lost the first 2 empty seats (which could have been used by another colleague of ours) during the 1st round (Fig1 below) and later on, Skidome added 2 unknown drivers to our group without informing us.

Everyone in the team enjoyed the evening. The karting was fantastic and the food was great.
