Great workers

Contacted Celeste for advice on outdoor faucet issues. Response was very prompt and he and Robert arrived on time for a review of the issues. It was quickly identified that new hose bibs and valves were needed because of age and corrosion. Work was completed very efficiently and advice given for proper maintenance. Overall very friendly and professional service.

Reliance they are the best. Hot water tank bite the dust on Saturday night called Reliance on Monday morning by Monday afternoon we had a new water heater. You can’t beat that for service!!! Their service guys are great to very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly

I have found some very good services recently for a number of my properties using the app. Allows me to track who I have been discussing various jobs with and close out with both the unsuccessful and the successful companies in awarding the work.

Not all of jobs I have posted for received sufficient responses for me to award the work, but I will continue to use HomeStars as a good starting point.

I have used Homestars for multiple projects over the years and have never been disappointed.

This is the 3d time we have used HomeStars to hire people.
We hired a cleaning lady last years d she is fabulous. We hired people to work in our gardens and they are back this year.
We just hired someone to dethach our lawn and fertilize. We will use HomeStars as needed.

We had an urgent tree removal situation. Overhead wires and fencing were being pushed over . The trees were growing over 4 properties and growing out of a slope risking and damaging a shed, a garage and overhead wires. Eric was able to get the job done in 1 day. He and his team worked non stop for 10 hours and exceeded what we asked of him. This is the 3rd arborist I've used and Eric and his team accomplished everything we asked of him and more. The fee was the most reasonable I've been quoted. They protected all the structures and cleaned up the debris completely. It is rare and refreshing for me to get all I've asked for and more at a reasonable price. Thanks Eric.

Should be 3.5. Bottom line - the system worked for us. First time user. But my goodness, I counted over 21 emails from you guys — a lot of repetition.
We picked a guy, corresponded, agreed on cost and time. It went well. Why all the emails? I sent a review and received 2 more requests for review!

I am disappointed in a company posted on Homestars! Set up a appointment with a Matt Smith and never showed or called! I called the phone number end of the day and was told they would email me another date! Gave no reason for the no show! I am still waiting for the email!!

All though its a good concept to bring leads to contractor it is very expensive for contractors when leads don't follow through. The expectation of contractors who first contact customers they expect the customer to pick them. I am a customer and had many contractors complain because I did not select them and I had a few trying to charge me for the lead failure. I did find a great company to do the work but the rest of the contractors that were not selected were upset. This company needs to do better with how they bring leads to contractor. Some contractors are straight rude to due to this fact that you did not select them and now they have to pay homestars still which seems a bit ridiculous.

Nick Murphy did a fabulous job on my gutters , removed and cleaned the guards. Nick is hard working, prompt, and courteous. Raked up the discarded leaves and dirt from the gutters. Reasonably priced.

Every time I have used Homestars I find the type of the right person for the job required.
