Shoutout to Hugh at Homemove

I first used Homemove to obtain a Help-to-Buy Valuation in late 2024 and found the process very efficient from start to finish. Due to a sale process dragging on for almost a year, we needed various H2B extensions and kept going back to Homemove due to the excellent customer service and smooth process. Over a year later, I have found a new buyer and again used Homemove for the H2B Valuation and, after speaking to a highly-intuitive AI customer service rep, I received a personal phone call from Hugh who applied a £10 off voucher to my order. Since our first conversation last year, Hugh has been a pleasure to deal with and has made it an enjoyable experience overall.

Great service

Great service! Happy with the service! I used them for a valuation for a HTB Equity pay off. The Surveyor from SCI was brilliant including Jenna from SCI who gave a quick response after paying for the valuation online.
The valuation report was emailed same day! He was extremely professional and gave the full process explanation so I would know what to expect. Would use them definitely again for my other properties now!

I went to a conference and met Ella and…

I went to a conference and met Ella and Georgina from Homemove. They showed me the software that they use which is combined with AI technology and i was very pleasantly pleased with the demo. These 2 ladies are amazing at there jobs and very very friendly and new all about there product that they were promoting. I signed up immediately with there software and cant wait to use it as it will make producing the reports a lot more easier. 5 Stars all the way and please keep up the good work.

Megan went above & beyond from start to finish. She really understood our needs & worked hard to secure the perfect surveyor for us, one who fit both our requirements & our availability. She was incredibly friendly, supportive & consistently helpful throughout. Her communication was quick, clear & reassuring, which made the whole process smooth & stress free. I just use Homemove to move me to…

I just use Homemove to move me to Birmingham and from the start to then end they were very helpful with me. For someone who has stress, anxiety disorder they made sure that I was kept in the loop and reached out to me when I needed it the most. The move went well and was impress with how helpful the guys were moving me.

Enquired online and brilliant assistance from SJ

Enquired online and had a follow up from Sarah Jane very quickly. She answered every question very professionally and in detail over the phone with brilliant knowledge and understanding of our circumstances and responded to all emails in the same manner.

Very responsive booking team, survey was booked fairly quickly and quality of level 3 survery was very good. Picked up few important issues with the property.

Used Hugh at homemove for my mortgage and survey

Used Hugh at homemove for my mortgage and surgery on my property! Could not of asked for anyone better! Really really happy i used him got everything done for me while I sat back and let my work be done without having to step in once! Really genuine and friendly guy and so happy I used him for this! Will 100% use again when I buy another property!

Surveyor missed several issues with property

Had a survey done through this company before purchasing a house. The surveyor missed so many key things like external damage to vents and windows letting in a draft. Ridiculous

Very expensive

Very expensive! By the looks of things they are another middle man charging more and taking a cut! i wanted an epc for my house and it says on their site £99!! i found this with a local company for £60 in the end. Steer clear from middle men.

James at Homemove has been fantastic from start to finish. He organised a Level 3 homebuyer’s survey for me at a very competitive rate and the RICS report he arranged ultimately helped me negotiate a price reduction on the property. Throughout the process, James has been on hand to answer any questions I’ve had and has been incredibly supportive. Great service, great communication, and an all-round top guy. Highly recommended
