Really high quality and professional service; they perfectly designed and installed bespoke custom cabinets and floating shelves for a really tricky space in my flat. I had a rough-sketched design idea which they were able to synthesise into a high-level 3D computer-aided design, and executed the painting and installation perfectly. Also very good value compared to other quotations I received, and swift communication and project process from start to finish. Could not recommend more!

We had shoe drawers built into an alcove in the hall and a wardrobe built in a bedroom. Both are of excellent quality and are just as we wanted them.
The carpenters and painters were all nice and polite and worked cleanly. They took pride in their work and produced excellent results. The job was completed on time except for a small hiccup caused by the thickness of the paint, which was corrected within a couple of days. We are happy with the results and will definitely use them again. We recommend them highly.

Recently we had Humphries Cabinetry build us customised alcove shelving in our house in North London. From the outset the entire team was a pleasure to work with.

We have very high ceilings (over 3.5 metres) and wanted to take advantage of the full height and space.

Zephyr Humphries was patient and understanding of our needs and shared his ideas and suggestions.
He allowed us to go back and forth in making changes until the last minute, in order for us to be comfortable and sure of our design choices.

The team of carpenters (Deima & Scott) assigned to the project were professional, friendly and easy to have around in the house. Rebecca, the decorator was equally a pleasure to work with.

I had a TV cabinet and shelves built into the alcove in my lounge. I was really impressed with the whole team - each stage was efficiently organised, the works were carried out within the time frame given and the end result is brilliant - very high quality workmanship. We had such a great experience with HC through the whole process of designing our floor to wall storage including installation and painting. Each phase of this project was carried out by excellent teams whose attention to detail was consistent and much appreciated.

Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team members. Their specialist skills of carpentry and painting were of a very high standard. I don’t think I’ve seen such exact painting before.

We hired Humphries Cabinets to build two fitted wardrobes in our bedroom and we're very happy with the results. There were a few snagging issues at the end and they were resolved calmly and carefully. Very happy to recommend the lovely team, designer and carpenters!

I hired Humphries for our fitted wardrobes following a recommendation from a friend and I was not disappointed. The carpenter was amazing and seems to fit the wardrobes altogether in record time. The painters worked equally hard to get the job done efficiently and to a high standard. I was also impressed at how clean they left the room they had been working in. The wardrobes will make a huge difference to our living space. I would definitely use humphries again!

Humphries Cabinetry installed alcove bookshelves. They were fast, efficient, friendly and tidy. Some difficulties did occur between the planning stage and the installation - so pay real attention to the designs when they come through, and don't assume that if you have books in situ that the design will necessarily take them into account. However, has to be said that the slight changes that had to be made on site were quickly resolved - a testimony to the skill and capability of the craftsmen employed.

EDITED: all the issues listed below were sorted on a further follow up visit. Very happy with the final result.

Hired Humphries to put a cupboard and shelves into an alcove. Friendly team and quick to respond, and the carpentry seems to be a good standard. Overall finish is a bit underwhelming, although it looks good from a distance. Paint has marks showing through it, filler down the side of the cabinet has gaps in it, and there are rubber stays on three of the four places where the doors close which makes them a bit uneven. They were apologetic when I raised it but the follow-up visit didn’t fix the issues.

I contacted Humphries Cabinets as I needed a built in wardrobe for a flat in Stoke Newington. They responded to my enquiry quickly and were able to make a site visit shortly afterwards. The quote was reasonable and, although we had to wait a few weeks for the work to start, we were quickly booked into the system. In fact they were able to start a bit earlier and were very efficient once on site, finishing the construction in a couple of days. At all stages, from the initial consultation, to the design and build, they were a great team to work with. The finished cupboard was just what I wanted. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent quality and customer service.

The firm designed and fitted a bespoke bedroom unit which was a combination of wardrobe, desk and shelf space. A great finish and excellent use of the space in the room.

Customer service was fantastic and they spent a lot of time ensuring the details are right. They may not be the cheapest provider (not too sure how they compare with other firms) but you are getting your value for the money spent, and that's the important thing!
