I had a fitted book case with wardrobe at the end and drawers base . Drawers are big enough for my needs . After a little hiccup the fitters Sorted out without delay . Wall to wall bench is a little thin to my liking but with support it looksOK. Communication with Sonal is excellent and she and her team are very helpful . If I needed any to have it done I will happily to ask their services again . I have recommended to my friend already .

We’ve just had our wardrobes installed and the experience was great from start to finish. This is a small, independent company and their flexibility really stood out—they were incredibly accommodating, easy to work with, and happy to adapt things as we went to get everything just right.

Highly Recommended – Professional and Reliable Service. We recently had built-in wardrobes installed throughout our home by Ideal Fitted Bedrooms Ltd, covering four bedrooms, a library, utility room, and a mini kitchen. Overall, our experience was excellent from start to finish.
The design team was professional, patient, and very cooperative. They took the time to understand our requirements and worked closely with us to achieve exactly what we wanted. We requested several design changes during the process, and each time they were handled efficiently and without any issues.
The process was very well organised. The team visited our home initially to take measurements, and then returned again after the designs were finalised to ensure complete accuracy. We were also provided with detailed manufacturing sheets for each wardrobe for approval, which gave us confidence and clarity before production began.
The fitting team was equally impressive—punctual, skilled, and professional. The installation was completed within the agreed timeframe, and the quality of workmanship is excellent.

Recently had both bedrooms completed with gorgeous wardrobes. Communication went well. However, whn it came to measurements there was a slight hick up. But the joiners were super talented and fixed it effortlessly. I am so impressed with their professionalism and I would be happy to recommend this company. I will be using them again in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with ideas. My wife and I had our bedrooms redesigned for storage. They came in very fast working and adjusted when needed to be. When the measurement was not correct they went in there measured it re-measured it was able to still fit in the wardrobe with the New measurements and keep the original design. We're so happy with the work

The customer service was excellent—very attentive, responsive, and patient throughout the process, especially when we requested multiple changes to the drawings. Once the contract was signed, the job was scheduled fairly quickly, and overall the experience was very positive.

The installation itself did take longer than expected (two full days, plus a return visit for final touches). While this wasn’t a major issue, a bit more upfront clarity around this stage would have been helpful. Some practical details—such as how cables would be hidden—weren’t fully answered in advance, which meant a bit more decision-making on the day, and the cable placement wasn’t initially where we would have preferred.

There were also a few design considerations, like the door opening orientation, that had to be changed due to space restrictions. These could potentially have been identified during the initial assessment, allowing time to explore alternatives and plan ahead. Light consistency, one side of the unit had warm and the other side was cool lighting, which remains the same.

That said, the finished media wall looks fantastic and has made a huge improvement to our living room. We’re happy with the end result and would recommend the company, with the suggestion that even more detailed pre-installation planning could make an already great service even better.

I've had my bespoke wardrobe with desk done by Ideal Fitted Bedroom Ltd for 9 months now, it is still as beautiful as new. This is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The wardrobe is not only beautifully made, but also extremely practical. Every time I open the wardrobe, it feels luxurious, practical and elegant. The desk offers me exactly what I need to work from home.

The whole process from contacting the design team and revising the design, to building the wardrobe is extremely smooth and fast. Everyone in the team is very professional, helpful and patience, even though I came up with various requests to change the design, the response I received have always been more than satisfactory. The timeframe for the team to start preparing the materials and to finish building the wardrobe is extremely fast, at least 4 weeks faster than the other companies I have approached.

The fact that the wardrobe comes with 12 years warranty is a proof that the company is committed that their products are built to last.

We first spoke to Sonal from Ideal Wardrobes and her and Ankur were quick to schedule a design meeting within days. Sonal was incredibly responsive from the design stage, right to the end of our project.

My wife and I even created a WhatsApp group with Sonal and were able to communicate freely about design decisions including exchanging CAD photos. We were even able to visit their showroom in-person where Ankur was available for an incredibly personalised tour (including picking us up in his car when we got stuck in torrential rain) over the weekend to walk us through material options, doorknobs, colours and door designs.

The building team consisting of Meet, Dev and Kamlesh were kind, professional and always on time. They finished the construction of our wardrobes very quickly and to a good standard.

I’m very happy with the entire process of getting my fitted wardrobes, from start to finish. The team was always available and responded quickly to any questions I had. They were flexible and worked with me on the design to keep it within my budget, making adjustments as many times as I requested without any hassle.

On installation day, they arrived on time and completed everything in just one day, including removing my old wardrobes. The fitters were professional, efficient, and friendly. The wardrobes look fantastic - great quality and built exactly as I requested, down to the precise measurements for shelf widths and heights. I noticed one of the hanging rails was a bit loose, and they promptly came back later in the week to replace it.

We got two things done with them a) Media wall unit and b) Wardrobe. We had good experience. Their team is very professional and communicated at each stage of the job. The best part was that they do a visual presentation of the design and share with you, this was very helpful to visualise and change design or colour combinations. I would highly recommend them.
