Installation by Dan
Our installation was done by Dan - he was efficient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We’ve had an issue with a faulty tap since, and he’s pointed us to the right customer service team, who have arranged an engineer almost instantly. The product itself is also great, and has really benefited our health and our appliances since. Fully recommend Harvey’s, and Dan in particular

Salt delivered on time ,but 3 of the 9 packages contained broken salt blocks which are difficult to install properly.

Helpful delivery
Stuart has been very helpful everytime he has delivered. It is so nice to encounter a person delivering items who is happy to help put heavy items inside rather than levea somewhere outside and run, which is the usual experience. Very pleasant experience indeed.

Self installed a Harvey Arc softener
Self installed a Harvey Arc softener. Unit works brilliantly so far, 2 weeks in. Made a massive difference with water marks and the feeling when showering is lovely.
Just had my first salt order delivered. Stu, the driver, was brilliant…. Super helpful.

Easy process to order the salts through the app.
Delivery came within 3-4 days and Ricky did a great job ensuring the salts were delivered intact without any broken bits or cracks to the salt.
