Bad experience.
The website is in three languages so there are difficulties to understand different things for people who don't know French or English.
If you make consistent orders you should pay shipment costs as well.
Customer service answers late and isn't very supportive to face problems, especially in this particular time.
Return costs are supported by the customers even if the size of the item isn't correct. Terrible experience.

Thank you so much! I love the dress and shoes! They shipped very quickly much to my surprise and delight! My only concern is the dress is slightly small. It wasn’t clear online what size 1 or 2 translates to in US sizes, so I took a chance. I’m confident I can make it work though! I will be buying again! Thanks Grungemama!
