UK import tax and VAT

From the UK I placed an order to the value of £285. A Pair of trainers was included, always a risk as shoes are heavy and with no free returns I knew if they didn’t fit or suit, it would be expensive for me to return. A chance I took. Naively I didn’t think of the import duties and tax that I would have to pay which came to £86, Brexit!!! I love the stuff that arrived and in no way is it GM’s fault that I had to pay £86 on top BUT the shoes don’t fit so I will need to return so with the returns and import tax this has been an expensive shop! Grunge Mama other European companies seem to have a deal with DHL on delivery to the UK with no taxes for us to pay. Can you look into this please!

Ordered a vest and a pull

Ordered a vest and a pull. Several days later received an email that the pull was on its way and the vest was out of stock. When I ordered it was on stock… no questions asked and still do not received my mobey back from the vest…
